Michaels Stores Lease

- Michaels, the arts and crafts retailer, signed a 3 year lease with Pattillo to occupy the space at 9200 W Beaver Street

- The building is in the Riverside submarket, located in the Westside Industrial Park and is 264,000± SF

Falken Tire Corporation Lease

- Pattillo completed a $10.8 million Build-to-Suit for Falken Tire Corporation in the 1,200 Acre Westside Industrial Park

- The project consisted of 261,661 Square Feet for a high-performance tire regional distribution center with a 7 year lease term

Interline Brands Lease

- Interline Brands, a marketer and distributor of maintenance, repair and operation products, more than doubled its space in Jacksonville by moving to a 275,000 SF distribution center in the Westside Industrial Park with a 10 year lease term

- Interline hired 70 new employees to work at the new facility

General Electric Lease

- GE renewed their lease for 5 years at 600 Whittaker Drive within the Imeson Industrial Park

- The 469,830 SF Class A distribution center was built for General Electric in 1996, where they remain the sole tenant with a lease term of 5 years

- GE distributes all major appliances from Jacksonville to South Georgia the Carolinas Florida and the Caribbean
