FROM FR. RUSS

Diocesan Mission Co-op, July 27 & 28

Please welcome Sr. Paulette from the School Sisters of Notre Dame the weekend of July 27 & 28 (next

weekend) who will be presenting on behalf of the Diocesan Mission Co – Op. Sr. Paulette’s

congregation is an international group of Sisters ministering in North and South America, Europe, Africa

and Japan. Sr. Paulette has ministered in Africa, on a reservation in North Dakota and at the Theresa

Living center, a center to support women who desire to transform their lives. The Sisters also minister in

all areas of education, but where the people are economically poor, they try to support the Sisters

ministering in those areas to better their circumstances. There will be a second collection for the

Diocesan Mission Co – Op next weekend so your financial support for the Sisters is very much

appreciated.

Diocese’s Televised Liturgy

You may have noticed some recent changes in

the broadcast schedule for the diocese’s weekly

televised liturgy. This is due to a renegotiation

of our TV Mass contracts.

With no change in timeslots, we believe

these adjustments will be minimally disruptive.

These changes will not only save us money going

forward, but also enable us to better serve the

diocesan faithful through increased coverage.

The new broadcast schedule is as follows:

KTTW Channel 7 (Sioux Falls) at 6:30am

KEYC Channel 12 (Mankato) at 7:30am

KAAL Channel 6 (Rochester) at 9:00am

WKBT Channel 8 (La Crosse) at 7:30am

The Mass can also be viewed any time on demand at

https://www.dowr.org/about/weekly-mass.html.
