The problem Is that base communications re~uses to assi g n any new phone line Lor di~ltal communication p urposes specifIcalLy because communicating terminal s ,unlik e peop~e , will use lInes 10r hours and 1:ie up the base switching network. The alternatives are as ~ollo.s:
