Small Group Director

Designed and implemented the overall layout of our Small Groups. Strategically planned and set goals for the Small Group Ministry. Trained, Mentored, and equipped other Small Group leaders. Lead, managed and supervised all Small Groups volunteers Lead, hosted and taught a Small Group of my own. Coordinated with and remained accountable to the Executive Pastor. Maintained an authentic and growing walk with Jesus Christ through the ongoing spiritual

disciplines of Bible reading, prayer, personal worship, fasting, confession, and fellowship. Spent time developing relationships with lost people so as to be personally effective in pursuing

the Great Commission and helping the church to do the same.

Worship Director Planned the corporate worship services in consultation with the Lead Pastor. Ensured that all the musical and technical aspects of the service advanced the theme for the

day.

Ivan Soto Oversaw song and choral selection, media preparation and presentation, sound and lighting

enhancements, and coordination of all instrumentalists, vocalists, and dramatists. Served as lead worshiper in all worship services. Directed all weekly activities and rehearsals necessary to facilitate worship in services. Provide pastoral care for the worship teams and choirs.
