ABOUT US :

ITI Ltd. a Premier Telecom solutions provider and the oldest public sector of India has been the hub of development in the residential areas of Ramamurthy Nagar, Mahadevapura, White Field, Krishnarajpuram, Devasandra, Old Madras Road, Hoskote, etc. Most families living in and around these areas are well aware of ITI's role in the development and progress of their localities in the last 65 years.

The ITI Officers' Club was established in the year 1965 with the purpose of providing recreation and cultural facilities to the Officers community of the company. The club is managed by Officers of ITI who are professionals in different specialties.

For the last Ten years ITI Officers’ Club has been organizing the Carnival / Exhibition at the Nehru Park located in the ITI Township to create an environment for Fun, Food, and Shopping to cater exclusively for entertainment of the people in & around this area. The response from people has been tremendous and the Club has been achieving its desired results in all respects.

LOCATION:

ITI's Nehru Park is located inside ITI Township which is on the National Highway -4 near KR Puram Cable stayed bridge. The green sprawling park spread over 9 acres of land, provides an ideal place for people to relax and enjoy. Every evening, several people visit the park either for their evening walks or for just a whiff of fresh air. Many children too can be found playing here in the evenings. The ever-increasing traffic of the city and the time required to travel to events held in other parts of the city act as hindrances to people residing in these localities.

For the event planned, visitors are expected from:

North : Ramamurthy Nagar, Kasturi Nagar, Banaswadi, HRBR & HBR Layouts

South : Mahadevapura, White Field

East : Krishnarajapuram, Devasandra, Old Madras Road, Hoskote

West : Narayanapura, Udhyanagar

Majority of these localities are densely populated and located within a distance of 5 to 8 Kms from the venue. For the families living in this part of the city, occurrence of such an event in their vicinity is rare. In addition, this programme at the ITI Park, hosted by ITI Officers’ Club, adds as a bonanza during the festive seasons. Therefore, it is expected that this event will definitely be memorable for all those who will be part of this exhibition.

PARTICIPANTS AND PRESENTERS:

The event planned aims at bringing the Products, Service Providers, Consumers and the Users together. This allows participants and presenters to promote their products and services. The club is highly confident that the returns and rewards will be very high to participants and presenters in this event. The event is intended to cover the following:

EXPECTED TURNOUT:

It is expected that families living in this part of Bangalore will visit the event. There are about 25 Schools close to the place of the carnival. Majority of the students visit the exhibition along with their family members. To cater to the needs of the young visitors importance is being given to the Amusement and food segments. These segments will enable many companies putting up stalls in the exhibition with Fun to conduct promotional activities thereby increasing sales and figures.

AMUSEMENT INCLUDES:

Giant Wheel Columbus Brake dance Merry Go round Car, Fish , Disney Merry Go round Magic Show Pony Ride Water Games etc.

FOOD COURT INCLUDES:

Snacks Ice Cream Chats Coffee/Tea/Soft Drinks/ Fresh Juices etc.,

GLIMPSES OF PREVIOUS EXHIBITIONS :

Last time the exhibition was conducted for a period of 30 days and around two lakh people visited the exhibition. Following are some of the photographs taken during the exhibition.
