Presentation Friday April 25th : What Makes Me Unique!

On Friday April 25 th , it will by my last day in your classroom for the year. I

thought it would be fun, and also interesting to put everything you've learned together and show the class what makes you unique as a person. You will be doing a very short, 1-2 minute presentation on an object of your choice. It can be an award, picture, drawing that you're proud of, part of a collection, souvenir . ..whatever it is, it should show what an interesting and unique person you are.

You will also hand in a written section, which will include: >- What the object is >- How did you receive/make it? >- Why is it important to you? >- How does it show that you're unique and different from other people?

The written section will be written in neat paragraphs. Make sure to read over it for spelling mistakes and sentences that don't make sense. This project will be completed at-home, but if you have any questions, ask me. Most of all, have fun and be creative!

My Walter Gretzky Puck

Something that is special to me is my signed Walter Gretzky puck.

I got it from one of my hockey games in the Walter Gretzky tournament. I was M.V.P. for the game. I also got a picture taken with him, a signed program and a M.V.P. banner. I was surprised when I got it. It was one of the happiest days of my life.

My hockey puck is important to me because it is from Walter Gretzky. Walter Gretzky is very popular because he is Wayne Gretzky's dad. I hope I never lose my hockey puck because it is very important to me.

I am different from other people because I have received an award from Walter Gretzky. It was the game puck that was signed . I hope my dad will put the puck in a plaque for me because it is the very first puck I have ever got.
