Sausage Production Supervisor
A vacancy has arisen to lead a small team in operating sausage making machinery producing a range of specialty sausages to
customer orders. The role includes planning the production schedule and candidates should be computer literate and
numerate.
Would suit an individual with a hands-on approach keen to progress within the food industry, ready to take a step up to a
supervisory role.
Food production experience is essential, though specific training will be given.
40 hours per week plus overtime. Early starts and some Bank Holiday working required.

Food production experience essential and butchering skills an advantage as a hands-on approach is required.
Early starts and some bank holiday working required.
Duties will include planning the production schedule, time management, man management, stock taking, and ordering
of supplies.
