Why is Voice Important?
It is the key to giving an effective speech.Definition from freedictionary.com:

What makes voice so important to giving a speech?
Definition: How loudly or quietly a person speaks.
High/low volume: “Articulation comes from the tip of the tongue, the lips, and the teeth”
When using Microphones- talk at your normal volume
Volume
Definition: How quickly or slowly a person speaks.
Practice: Say a line from the sheet in a normal pace, a fast pace, and a slow pace.
Rate
