About the Event

This is our third year at this unique outdoor venue. If you haven’t yet experienced our unique exhibit show format, you are in for a treat.

This unique venue grows the majority of the food served at the event. It is organic and grown on site.

The event will take place on the large outdoor patio and herb garden. This year's theme is Pharm-to-Table. The point of the evening is getting Pharmaceutical (and other life science) companies to your table.

We would like to thank our exhibitors for funding this event and to allow us to offer it free of charge to all attendees.

Pick Your Own Pharm Table This unique venue is impossible to create a table layout for, so you will choose your table location upon arrival. It will be first come, first pick, the day of the event.

This worked very well the last two years so we are doing it again. We are including a 9’ umbrella for each table so everyone is shaded the entire show.

We will have lots of people available to help make this process run smooth and quick. All spots are good spots and you will have fun picking out the spot that suits your company the best. Food, drinks and games will be spread throughout all of the tables. The venue provides a highly interactive event for maximum networking and marketing opportunities.

About The Venue

Welcome to Celebrated Chef Brain Malarkey’s greenACRE Eatery. Brian’s team has created a space that celebrates farm to table organic ingredients, healthy and flavorful food in its ever-changing seasonal menu. Designed by Blue Motif, greenACRE offers an esthetically pleasing relaxed atmosphere, featuring rustic interior design, expansive outdoor patios and on-site organic gardens. It’s the perfect place to gather with friends, colleagues and family for a unique experience for all to enjoy!

The Alexandria Center for Life Science at Campus Pointe Receives Award for Landscape Architecture by San Diego Architectural Foundation

The jury felt that the successful renovation of a tired commercial office building to a LEED Platinum building was an excellent example of a new type of “suburban infill project”. The transformation created an interactive green oasis among a sea of unfriendly asphalt and glass. In particular, the jury applauded the landscape architecture; including the green roof, outdoor seating and a vegetable garden, which provides 800 pounds of fresh produce for the restaurant each month. They also appreciated the designer’s deliberate incorporation of the sense of smell, which felt like an integral part of the experience and provided a delightful yet unexpected olfactory treat. The jury emphasized that a successful project like this creates a snapshot for future development that definitely deserves duplication!

The Alexandria Center for Life Science at Campus Pointe is an innovative 24-acre life science campus beautifully set amid several native San Diego canyons within a Torrey Pines grove.

The campus’ entry boulevard, flanked with majestic Torrey Pines and native understory planting, spills into the well-conceived parking lots skillfully lined with vegetated swales that collect and treat storm water.

Every building entrance on the campus is unique and was purposely built to meet the specific needs of our client and to create collaborative outdoor spaces with beautiful views and multiple gardens for gatherings and enjoyment. Careful attention was given to the physical well-being of Alexandria’s tenants by providing several healthy living opportunities, including a state-of-the-art fitness center, basketball court, multipurpose lawn, 0.8 mile loop trail, chess tables, sunny and shaded outlook areas, and two organic gardens that provide produce is used at the on-site eatery, Green Acre.

The canyon fingers and rustic landscaping surround the north gardens, reaching beyond the walls of the entire campus, inspiring creativity in the interior. The below-grade fitness center allowed for the creation of two innovative gardens: a terraced garden with amphitheater steps, stairs, and groves of trees and canyon and succulent plants defined by an orchestra of curved weathered steel walls; and a succulent and grass roof top garden ground level of the campus.

General InformationFor Exhibitors Shipping:With a unique venue comes unique challenges. Unfortunately the venue will not allow shipments. Please have your items shipped to your hotel.

Set Up Time:3:00 - 4:45 p.m. Tables are delivered at 2pm so we will not be able to allow exhibitors to set up earlier than 3pm as we need an hour to set all tables and umbrellas. All vendor tables must be completely set up by 4:45 pm.

Table Size: 6 feet long by 21/2 feet wideThese are table tops only, not exhibit space. We have found that since these are small table tops, many vendors stand in front of their tables eliminating a barrier between you and your potential clients. Also each table will be covered. A 9’ Umbrella will be given to each exhibitor for shade.

Electricity:This event will take place on the large outdoor patio and herb garden, electricity will not available for exhibit tables.

Payment:If you have not sent payment for your table top, please do so as soon as possible. We must receive your payment by July 27, 2016.

Deadline JULY 27 • Table Payment Due

• List of Your Company’s Attendees Due

Pass The Word:This is your show. Please tell everyone in the industry about our event. We are competing with many other shows and to continue making ours a success, we need your help. Please email Vendor Night information to people you are in contact with at local pharmaceutical, medical device and related industry firms.

ISPE ExhibitorGuidelines The following restrictions for table tops are set by the National Office of ISPE:

1. Only one exhibiting company per table will be authorized. Each individual company must have a separate table.

2. Exhibits must be staffed at all times during exhibit hours. Exhibits may be staffed by a maximum of three representatives at a time from each company.

3. Exhibits must conform to the following:

• The entire exhibit must be confined to the top of table only (nothing will be allowed to hang off, behind, in front, or along side of table).

• The maximum height of any display, including signs, etc., shall be 60” inches. However, ISPE now allows roll up displays that are taller than 60” only if the display can securely stand on your table. If your roll up display does not fit on your table, we will ask you to butt it up against the back of the table.

• The maximum width of any display shall be 72 inches. Displays must not overhang top of table. However banners can be draped over the table.

• Only static displays are acceptable. No operating machinery of any type will be allowed.

4. ISPE reserves the right to restrict table top exhibits which are objectionable because of size, noise, glaring or flashing lights, method of operation, or any other reason and, therefore, to prohibit of evict any exhibitor who, in the opinion of ISPE, may detract from the overall good of the exhibit. This reservation includes person, conduct, printed matter or anything ISPE judges to be objectionable.

5. Any failure to comply with the above restrictions shall result in exclusion from participation in future ISPE table-top events.

Signage:Items may NOT be affixed to walls. All signage must fit on your table.
