In September, AEON delight (“AD”)became the first organization to acquire ISO 41001 in Japan!!
None other than facility management!!
ISO 41001 is the first international standard in the facility management field released in April 2018 by the International Organizationfor Standardization (ISO).
AD as a company has already acquired ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 and has been promoting mutual inspections utilizing ISO at all of our centers since FY2015.
What are the benefits of having an ISO certification?
Most of all, the management system is built based on a long-term management plan that includes internal audits and inspections by third parties as required, and fosters an ideal corporate culture to encourage continued improvements.
In fact, AD has utilized ISO 9001 (Quality management) andISO 14001 (Environmentalmanagement) to work to improve business processes.
As you all know, of course.So, everyone is familiar
with ISO, right?
Having the ISO certification is the proof that AD’s management system meets international standards in that field, which leads to expanding sales opportunities in Japan and abroad.
Creating manuals also allows us to review operations and improve efficiency.

ISO 41001 is the world’s first international standard in the facility management field with a scope that includes land, buildings, structures, and surrounding landscape, while covering a wide range of functions ranging from health, use of space, maintenance, security, hygiene control, health of employees and facility users, to realizing a better work environment. The standard will help resolve various issues that companies face today and is expected to serve as a global standard in facility management (FM). In the process of acquiring the certification, AEON delight mentioned, “We aim to become the world’s No.1 FM company that provides services at the global level. To
