In 2019, United Methodist churches gave $433,437 toward min- istries funded by the Peace with Justice Sunday offering. Fifty percent of the offering remains in the annual conference to support local and regional jus- tice efforts, and 50 per- cent supports justice ministries through the General Board of Church and Society. Please prayerfully consider doing your part to promote peace and justice with your June 7 com- munion offering. Walk to Emmaus An Upper Room Movement

Emmaus update:

The Coastal Bend Emmaus, looking down the road, has postponed its 2020 Walks to next year, 2021, with dates to be determined based on availability and how the retreat center regroups on the other side of this virus. But, we are hopeful, as our effort is to hold both our women’s and men’s Walks in summer 2021.
