The Prime Mover / Trailer inspection has been carried out on the
basis of visual, dimensional & performance parameters as
mentioned above, along with test drive. The equipment acceptance
sticker has been pasted in the driver cabin. Rectification work is
required to be carried out as per remarks given on the last page of
checklist.

51: NDE Test was not recommended by client.General Information:
1. Equipment identification should be marked on suitable &
visible location
2. Proper service & maintenance procedure should be adopted
as per manufacturer instructions.
3. Schedule service & maintenance require on periodical
& regular basis.
4. Visual inspection should also be carried out before each
operation.
5. During the period equipment is to be operated by a competent
& certified operator.
6. Proper greasing & lubrication of all rotating part will
be required. All grease nipples should be checked for choking on
Quarterly basis. Special Note :
LEGAL VERIFICATION DOES NOT COVER IN URSIS SCOPE OF SERVICE.
NOTE:
Inspection & certification becomes null & void should
any modifications, structural damages, failure of maintenance, or
circumstances occur that would in any way alter or change the
safety feature of the above described equipment beyond the time
& date mentioned above.
NOTE:(*Severity Level I = Minor rectification shall be done as
soon as possible.)
(**Severity Level II = Rectification shall be done on Particular
/ Given Time Period i.e. 02-06 weeks)
