Achievements in protecting priority birds and habitats, engaging with the community and developing the branch were highlighted. 4.2 Recipient of the 2019 Rosalind Denny Volunteer Awards: Elizabeth (Libby)McGill. 4.3 Presentation of 25 Year Member badges: John Luyer, Ruth Luyer, Peter Phillips, Veronica Pidgeon and Irene Tarnay.     5 Treasurer’s Report The Treasurer advised that a copy of the unaudited

    financial statements for the year ended 31 December 2019 has been made available to members attending the AGM. Questions were invited in relation to the financial statements. No questions were forthcoming.

    The Treasurer updated the members on the development and progress on the strategic and financial plan.

    The Chair declared the Financial Statements for the year ending 31 December 2019 received.

    6 Election of New Office Bearers

    Returning Officer Mandy Bamford declared all positions vacant. Those standing for the Executive Committee were elected unopposed. Chair: Viv Read Vice Chair: Mike Bamford Treasurer: Beverley Winterton Secretary: Lou Scampoli General Committee: Alasdair Bulloch, Mark Henryon, Andrew Hobbs, Peter Jacoby, Jennifer Sumpton and Beth Walker.

    7 General Business There were no requests from Members to add matters of General Business to the agenda.

    8 Speakers Dr Kristin Warren from Murdoch University spoke about conservation management for the long-term survivorship of black cockatoos endemic to the south-west of Western Australia: the application of telemetry to determine spatial ecology on the Perth-Peel Coastal Plain, south-west forest region and key breeding sites in response to a changing environment,
