IQfact5G is a turnkey, high volume manufacturing automation test tool designed for chipset-specific testing of 5G NR mmWave and Sub-6GHz capable devices. The test software is optimized for manufacturing to ensure quality device measurements with minimal engineering effort translating into cost savings and faster time to market. IQfact5G is a calibration and verification software tool specifically designed to support accurate testing of RF transmitter and receiver characteristics of 5G NR devices. IQfact5G can be executed using an intuitive user interface called IQfactStudio or can be easily integrated into your test program framework as a command line tool. The interface also facilitates quick modification of measurement parameters and define pass fail limits. IQfact5G has built-in data logging and supports graphical analysis of data, saving several hours of manual root cause analysis and data visualization.

Optimized for Manufacturing

Compared to a standard chipset automation tool, which may take several minutes to complete the test flow execution, IQfact5G shortens the single DUT test times by almost 70%, accelerating the engineering development cycle by more than threefold.
