10 until week 14 every semester. - The schedule will be update and send

through email.

• Student will be given until proposal defense to complete the modules

• Students must complete the 8 modules before their PROPOSAL DEFENSE. Students are not allow to go for the proposal defense if they’re not complete and pass this 8 modules.

• Passing mark is 50% for the assessment.

1. The students are advised to follow this propose structure to make sure they complete all the

modules within 2 semesters or before proposal defense (for PhD).

2. However, if you willing to do your proposal defense on the 1st semester, you are required to finish

and complete all the evaluations & interaction sessions within 1st semester. Therefore, plan

wisely your study to ensure you have complete all modules before go for the proposal defense.

Sign in your CISTREC account

Click My Programme > Program IPS Research Methodology

Click Evaluation

Find the title with the name of “Module # Evaluation : Module Name”

Click “Start” to begin the evaluation or interaction

Read the instruction given

Click “Start Quiz” button to start the assestment.

Fill in student detail, click “SUBMIT”

Then, answers all the questions within 90 minutes. The student must achieve minimum 50/100 or (50%) to

Student must attend online face to face interaction with the lecturer within the given time.

Please make sure that you are only attend the session according to your cluster only (Engineering or Technology)

The students are also required to fill up and submit two(2) online form which are :

1. Pre-attendance form - Before the session start

2. Feedback form – The link will be given at the end of live interaction session by our SME

Click “Evaluation Details” to check your marks or performance for each module.
