GENERAL RULES, REGULATION

AND STANDARD OF THE FAIR

The following are the rules and regulationsgoverning this fair based on standard practice:1. All vendors must duly register with the

organizer and carry their payment detailsall through the fair period.

2. All vendors must ensure they obtain thevendor badge 1 week to the fair.

3. Subletting of vendor space is not allowed.Any vendor found doing this will bedismissed from the fair.

4. Walkways/pass ways must be kept freeand tidy at all time, the stall of any exhibitorfound blocking any of these will be closedand surcharged.

5. Vehicles are only allowed at the fairpavilion ground between 6:00am – 7:30amand from 7:00pm till 9:00pm daily.

6. Vendors are not allowed to do alteration totheir stand during the hour of 8am and 7pmdaily.

7. Exhibitors who book open space willrequire prior approval for replacement ofdisplay items and tables beyond theirstand, cable terminals for telephoneconnections, outlets for electricity andwater and convenience to fellow exhibitorsmust not be obstructed. Extra spaces shallbe in multiples of 10 sq meter.

8. All electrical appliances must be switchedoff before leaving your pavilion daily.

9. No appl ica t ion for re fund and/orwithdrawal will be entertained if suchapplication is not received at the of�ce ofthe organizer not later than 30 days beforethe beginning of the Fair. Any applicationfor refund and/or withdrawal from theparticipation/advert placement will attract50% surcharge to cover administrativecharges.

10. All intention to use heavy duty powerequipment or tolls must be communicatedto the organizer before the fair.

11. Vendors using their private security detailsmust let the organizer know beforehand.

12. All vendors must display goods andservices that do not violate NAFDAC, SONand Oyo State rules and regulations.

13. All vendors must ensure that their pavilionis kept tidy at the end of every fair day.

14. Any exhibitor's goods and services foundnot in consonance with safety andstandard practice will be stopped andexpel from the fair.

15. For no reason or circumstances must anyvendor or their personnel engage in anyphysical or verbal dispute with anyone allthrough the fair. To this end, all complainmust be channeled through our helpdesk/complain centre for appropriateactions by the organizer. Anyone or groupfound fomenting trouble will be handedover to the police for appropriate actions.

16. All vendors to please send to us the totalwatts of all their equipment's andlightening they wish to put to use during thefair.
