I am ordering an invitation letter for all persons mentioned on this list and accept all paragraphs of the “General Terms and Conditions of Participation”.
I take note, that there will be a surcharge of 40% (per person) for orders between July 1st and August 31st 2018 and late orders from September 1st 2018 on 80% (per person). All prices excluding VAT.
Important notes/information:
- Fill in this order form for visa invitation letter with block letters.
- Attach a copy of each passport when sending back this formular!
- The Embassy can deny visa requests anytime.
- The Munich Show is not responsible for any rejections of visa applications.
- Invitation letters will be sent by email only.
