I invite you to take part in the investing activity of

agricultural complex of East Kazakhstan region which is

highly potential and full of big opportunities.

Today, our region is one of the unique areas of the

Republic of Kazakhstan. It is the place where agriculture

and heavy industry are cooperating perfectly. Both

agricultural and heavy industry greatly impact on supplying

of provisions and economy not only in this region, but in the

whole country.

The main part of the agrarian sector of our region is

an agricultural industry which is wide-spread into six soil-climatic zones of seven

available.

The total area of the region is 28,3 mln. ha, where 22,7 mln. ha for farm

landing and 10.4 mln. ha for agricultural purposes land and 1,4 mln. ha from total

area for plowing.

The soil cover is represented by all types of black earth, chestnut and gray

soils. The average grade of estimated productivity is ploughed fields-39, hayfields-

40 and pastures-21. In the northern parts of the region the average grade of

estimated productivity is about 70.

The variety of soil-climatic zones, large areas of farmland and market

requirement to agriculture products predetermined the diversification of

agriculture in the region.

Today, we may admit that nearly all agricultural fields are developed here:

dairy and meat industry, sheep, horse, pigs, reindeer antlers breeding, poultry,

beekeeping and fish farming.

Crop production is represented by corn, sunflower seeds, potatoes,

vegetables, melons and fodder crops.

I am confident that this business forum will be the launching for the

exchange of important business information and will contribute to investing into

the further development of economy of the agrarian sector in this region.

Construction of meat production complex, with the of sheep development

Applicant: LLC "Eurasia Agro Holding"

The purpose and concept of the project are: Production

and sales of meat products in the region and outside.

Period of realization: 2016-2018 years

Place of realization: EKR, Ayagoz rayon, Mamyrsu village

Current state: There are a business plan, project documentation and

feasibility study of the project. By resolution of akimat there

allocated 52 hectares of land for the construction of meat

production complex and feedlots.

Total cost of project: 7 100 million tenge

Government support: 1. Summarizing deficient infrastructure on the program

"Business Road Map-2020";

2. To subsidize the interest rates on loans, and leasing of

technological equipment and agricultural machinery;

3. To subsidize for the construction to meat production

complex;

4. To subsidize for feed production (seeds, fuels and

lubricants, herbicides, fertilizers);

5. To subsidize for meat production.

Expected Result: Breeding every year about 50 thousand heads of small cattle

on an area of 600 thousand hectares of pasture, production

and exports per year in other regions of Kazakhstan and

abroad such as China, Russia, the United Arab Emirates about

10 thousand tons of mutton, 12 thousand tons of beef.

Current state: Here realized 1 and 2 stages of the project (breeding

reproducer for 2000 heads and food supply). There are a

project documentation and business plan.

Total cost of project: 810 million tenge

Required investments:

Government support: 1. Investment subsidies for the construction meat

production complex and feedlots, as well as the introduction

of irrigation systems;

Expected Result: 4 million tons of beef production every year.

Construction of plant for deep processing of meat and the creation of an

irrigation system in the area of 700 hectares

Applicant: LLC «Shalabai»

The purpose and concept of the project are: Expansion of

production modernization, creation of a stable food supply

for the cattle breeding and production of competitive meat

products.

Current state: For irrigating 700 hectares of arable land on the river Kyzyl-

Su is built reservoir capacity of 650-700tys.m3. project

Current state: Decorated 48.0 hectares of land for the construction of the

meat industry. Project documentation is developed

Current state There is a base of pig 24 700 sq.m, a granary of 8000 cubic
