• 13-floored building.• Location – the centre of the city (3, Nizhegorodskaya street, Cheboksary).• Outside view – view of the recreation and business centre of Cheboksary including the

embankment of the Volga river bay.• Area of the plot of land – 21 437 square meters.• Volume of investment 53 mln. USD• Rated commissioning date – December 2014.

The purpose of the project is the construction, commissioning and operating activity of the hotel complex in Cheboksary
