Problem 1: Incompetence Marketing Strategy
Solution:Pricing strategy: low cost and low price,
year end promotion.
Focus strategy: focus on certain customer
based on segmentation.
Style and design: based on the fashion and the customer’s
preference.
Lack of marketing strategy, cannot attract costumer.
Problem 2 :Mr Bashir hired the wrong person for the job position.
• Create a complete, accurate description and the tasks for the position
• Segregation of duties
• Know more about the background for a particular candidate
• Find out the most suitable candidate
• Set up a Twitter feed, create career sites on his own website or Facebook
• Lower the expenses and increase the sales
Problem 3: Deliberate deception action by staff, this include selling the product not own by company, disclose improper information about the sold product and etc.
Apply Monitoring system like
CCTV(Closed-circuit television).
• Owner can monitoring the real situation happen in the shop through his mobile phone at anytime and anywhere.
• Besides that, owner have to tell their staff the reason why it is necessary to be monitor, where the monitoring takes place and how the information will be used and to whom it will be disclosed. This will prevent the deception by the staff.
Supervisory and surveillance over the

•Mr Bashir can make a spot check during the working time either to avoid the worker slacks or performing improper actions such as selling the product not own by company in the shops.
