Applications’ Instruction

o Personal information(profile, your personality);

o General questions (AIESEC XP/way, motivation)

o Functional questions (LCVP role, analysis, goal and vision)

o 2 Endorsements should be scanned and signed (1 from teammate, 1 from team leader).

o Curriculum Vita of the candidate (CV should be in English and should contain information at least about candidate’s education and work and AIESEC experience.

o 2 – 3 min Introduction Video (Where you should mention your motivation of applying for the LCVP position)
