Christie + Co required an e-marketing tool to

move them from print to electronic

communications. Effectively managing multiple

e-mail lists across more than 25 offices and

ensuring compliance with local legislation.

Digi-products developed a global bespoke system

for Christie + Co providing access to corporate

marketing materials and templates and enabling

more than 300 sales staff to e-mail out electronic

marketing materials to prospects.

Christie + Co started by bulk emailing prospects rather than sending out printed materials. Over one

million emails were sent in the first year alone. This dramatic reduction in print produced significant

cost savings that could be redeployed into other marketing areas, safe in the knowledge they are

compliant with the Data Protection Act as all marketing materials are distributed and managed from a

single, central system.

build professional relationships between each hotel and

The C&B team sends high-quality branded html emails, with

hotel images, linked brochures, proposals and personalised

signature. Each time these are viewed, the sender is alerted.

All email communications are consistent across all hotels. The view alerts mean timely follow up,

with more conferences and banquets booked.

Exor would provide an overview of the process

on an interactive CD-Rom.

However, updating these CDs was costly and

inflexible.

Digi-products provided Exor with a digital
