GIT LARGE FILE STORAGE (LFS)

Git LFS support in TeamForge enables users to version audio, video, graphics, datasets, binaries, and other sizeable files used in web, gaming, and mobile application development, animation, multimedia, scientific research, and other projects. Rather than directly including large files in a Git repository, LFS references the files to keep size manageable and prevent the increased maintenance requirements and performance issues that arise when a repository becomes too large.

GIT HISTORY PROTECT FEATURE ENHANCEMENTS

Safeguard your valuable IP assets, while fostering developer productivity with TeamForge’s uniquely comprehensive and flexible Git history protect feature. TeamForge creates a tamper-proof log of all changes to all branches in your Git repositories, simplifying compliance and troubleshooting, while enabling a quick rollback of undesired repository updates. TeamForge provides an easy way to obtain information on branches that have been deleted or rewritten, so you can quickly reverse the changes or permanently delete the branches. The 16.7 release of TeamForge helps you expedite this process by deleting or resurrecting multiple branches simultaneously with just one click.
