Organizational Hierarchy



Functional Departments - Production

• Granite is quarried by either jet-piercing, blasting or sawing it from

the earth. Once in granite block form, they are transported to

production department which consists of heavy machinery to begin

the manufacturing process.

• The production department consists of the polishing machines,where in all the rocks that are mined were sent to, so that they can

be cut and shaped into desirable shape and size as per the

requirement.

• Production department with respect to the seven production sub

functions, i.e. Mining & Processing, cutting, Granite Slabs, Granite

Polishing.



Marketing Department
