IYLC modules are built on the three core areas of self-awareness, skills and leadership. Students following a full development plan can achieve the IYLC leadership award. In our individual sessions, group workshops, residential camps and online-seminars you will gain:

• Self awareness about your own personality, communication styles, values, aptitudes and strengths. You become more aware of your own preferred ways of learning, working, communicating and leading.

• Skills are developed including technical and soft skills around team dynamics, negotiation and influence. This gives you tools and techniques to progress in your development.

Complement your technical skills with expertise in soft-skills, communications and leadership. IYLC uses both industry standard tools and analysis as well as in-house developed modules. Residential camps in Switzerland

Our residential leadership and business camps are hosted in Geneva, Switzerland. During the camps, we look at several of the IYLC core topics to evaluate your strengths and develop your talents. Self-awareness exercises, coaching and team challenges in a secure environment permit you to practice your own leadership skills. The camps offer experiential learning with professional orientation, business-games, company visits and a full leisure agenda. Our mentors come from Multinationals, NGO's and Start-ups. They provide insight into careers and industries using real-life case studies drawn from the challenges that they get ‘dumped on their desks’. Two weeks with us will enhance your leadership skills and help you decide on choices for your educational and career path on an international level.
