The 25th Jubilee edition of Index Fairs, the focused business for the interiors industry event was endorsed by the uppermost echelons of the Indian architect, designer & builder community, who attended in large numbers, pushing the visitor count to 23,983 despite fears of a poor economic situation in the country.

The sprawling show covered over 30,000 sqm, & saw over 2,000 brands in furniture, furnishings, kitchens, kitchen appliances, office, contract, & architectural materials, intermediaries & hardware. The total number of exhibiting companies was 260 which included 62 overseas exhibitors from 15 countries. Several companies proudly displayed new launches, “Only at Index” !

INDEX is great every time! It is an event which is at a scale that people can deal with & attracts the kind of brands which people can relate to. European Design PavilionOne of the striking features of the 25th Jubilee INDEX was the European Design Pavilion - An architect-designed space displaying exclusively European furniture, lighting, chairs & furnishings. INDEX made strong presence across the city through visible hoardings at key locations coupled with bus-back advertising of over 500 nos. along important routes in Mumbai.

INDEX FAIRS 2013 advertising campaign included advertorials in prominent national and regional newspapers such as the Times of India - India’s leading mainline daily, Economic Times, Bombay Times, Gujarat Samachar etc.

The e-marketing campaign included regular email blasts to our extensive visitor and trade databases. In total, we sent out over 14 email blasts reaching over 2 million people.

The INDEX FAIRS 2013 visitor campaign was accompanied by a 9-week personalized follow ups campaign by a focused VIP-B2B team, inviting people personally to attend the show. The campaign was targeting VIP and as well as important trade visitors and covered over 35,000 contacts from all over the country.

The INDEX 2013 PR campaign was supported by an extensive pre-show PR campaign, conducted by our official media partner IFJ.

The comprehensive media campaign & strong eclectic mix of exhibitors attracted a quality visitor turnout, including well known personalities from the trade & professional community of architects, builders, project managers & consultants, corporate & trade visitors & interior designers.
