all necessary room measurements. Don’t be afraid to send lots of pictures from many different angles! Be sure to include photos of other spaces and rooms that you think are
beautiful so we can better understand your personal style and preferences. You can draw inspiration from Pinterest and Instagram, as well as website images or magazine

The Contract
1. E-Design is an online consultation for interior decorating services. It is meant only to provide suggestions to improve visual appeal of your space and is not for construction purposes.
2. The Client agrees to complete all portions of the package and to provide full information regarding the requirements of the project.
3. The Client agrees to provide accurate measurements of the space(s) of interest in this project. The Client understands that Interiors By Elana is not responsible for any errors in measurement or errors of the finished product due inaccurate measurements.
4. The Client recognizes that E-Design is strictly an online service and as such agrees to correspond with Interiors By Elana via online communication. Should the Client wish to arrange an in person meeting or a personal phone call, the Client agrees to an additional charge of $80/hour and $80 per phone call.
5. Interiors By Elana will complete E-Design services at a pace that is consistent with professional skill.
6. Interiors By Elana cannot be held responsible for replacement of purchases made in conjunction with recommendations for E-Design and cannot be held responsible for arranging repairs.
7. Interiors By Elana, is not responsible for any aspect of construction, fabrication, delivery, installment or safety precautions related to the E-Design project. Acts or omissions of any contractor, subcontractor, supplier or any other person working on the E-Design project are not the responsibility of Interiors By Elana. Any failures to complete the project by a set completion date or to execute the project properly are not the responsibility or fault of Interiors By Elana.
By signing this document, you accept the terms and conditions in regard to the E-Design process with Interiors By Elana, as outlined above.

Measurement Guide
• Sketch the layout of the room using a pen and unlined white paper. Don’t worry about drawing to scale
• Measure the entire length of each wall. Be sure to measure corner to corner. Record the measurement
• Measure each wall in detail - Start in the corner and measure the distance to the casing of the first window- Including the casings, measure the width of the window.- Continue by measuring all items along the length of the wall . Don’t forget doors, windows, radiators, built–ins, electrical outlets etc.- Repeat this process with all other walls
• Using a calculator add up the detailed measurements to make sure they add up to your first measurement of the length of the wall. If there is an error greater than 5 inches, re-measure the length of wall and the details to find the error

• Additional measurements- Window height- Door height- Fireplace length and width (if applicable)- Height of ceiling, from lowest point to the floor
• Note all ceiling light fixtures and their approximate placement on your sketch
• Include the sketch with the rest of your package when sending it in to us
