The City of Phoenix Uses the International Fairway Another addition to the long list of International Fairway Tractor users is the City of Phoenix, Arizona, which has turned the maintenance of its new 18-hole golf course over to this efficient unit. At the time the above picture was taken, the course had not yet been opened for play. Fairways were still in a rough con-dition, with only a sparse growth of grass in some spots. Despite the rough going, the Fairway Tractor was doing a good job.
