Qualifying Questions 1. Does the prospect have highly mobile workers whose activity is dominated by “hold and carry”
and direct customer interaction?
2. Are they involved in any of these activities: Deliveries where data collection is needed including a verification of delivery scan and/or signature
capture Field Service - repair of anything, also pest control, gutter cleaning, pick up / drop off services Postal/Courier including package courier, medical specimen, legal, financials, etc. Transportation including trucking and vehicles of any size, busing, taxi, or any type of mobile
services that need to keep track of events
3. Are they currently using a mobile phone and require scanning of bar codes?
4. Are these current cell phones breaking often, are they no longer available for replacement, running applications but need more memory, need the ability to multi-task with other devices?
5. Would bar code scanning enable them to be more productive and efficient? Adding to the bottom line
6. Would adding portable printing, of receipts and/or labels, add to efficiencies and increase accountability and customer service?
