Screen Printing and Digital PrintingWe offer Screen Printing onto our laminates and acrylics. This service is shown in the Elkhorn, Eagle, and Blue Sage images. We also offer Digital Printing to produce your image onto a laminate. This service prints your image or logo onto the paper before the laminating process for a more durable solution. This service has a limited amount of colors and is not available for acrylics. Digital Printed images are shown in the Pirate and Buccaneers photos below.

Both of these services are available for an additional charge. Colors need to be selected before your quote can be completed. Contact your RSM for more details.

Our ProductShown on the left is a close up example of our furniture. On the top is a fabric panel and on the bottom is a laminate panel. These two materials are connected by our Tubex® metal tube and joint system. On the top and bottom of the metal tube is a plastic panel mold strip that matches the frame color. The panel molds are what hold our materials in the framing.

Laminate / TFL Cleaning & Maintenance Guide

How to clean laminates and TFL1. Use a clean, damp, nonabrasive cotton cloth and a mild liquid detergent or household cleaner. Clean the soiled area using a rotating motion.

2. Next, rinse with clean water, using a clean, non-abrasive cotton cloth. Take care not to flood the laminate, especially near seams.

3. Dry the surface with a soft, clean, non-abrasive cotton cloth.

What to avoid• Abrasive pads - like scouring powders, steel wool, Scotch-Brite™ and sandpaper• Abrasive cleaners like scouring powders, Ajax®, Comet®, Magic Eraser• Acidic or Alkali based Cleansers

How to clean markerboard laminates• Wipe with a clean, nonabrasive cotton cloth or standard dry erase eraser.• If residual streaks remain after normal cleaning, use a mild glass cleaner, then dry

with a clean, non-abrasive cotton cloth.• Stubborn marks may require alcohol or acetone• Marker left on the surface for long periods of time may require a marker board

cleaner and conditioner specifically designed for dry erase surfaces

Fabric Cleaning & Maintenance Guide

There are 2 levels of care1. Regular cleaning with either a vacuum or soap is recommended as a general maintenance guideline to remove accumulated dirt and dust. This process helps to remove soil from surface, but it does not remove germs, nor does it kill them.

2. Disinfecting using a variety of disinfectants will kill bacteria, germs, viruses, and other microorganisms, and reduce the risk of spreading infection.

How to clean fabrics1. Always test on a small non-apparent section to make sure the products used to

clean or disinfect do not impair the color or texture of the surface.2. Clean or disinfect using a vacuum and approved cleaners.3. Once you have cleaned or disinfected the textile, always wipe the surface with a

damp cloth to make sure no cleaner or disinfectant residue is left behind.

How to clean spills or stains• Blot fresh spills immediately with a clean cloth.• Apply water or cleaner to the surface and wipe it with a cloth or a brush until the

surface is clean.• Ensure that the fabric is adequately rinsed after cleaning, as residual cleaning

agents may accelerate soiling.• Have the textile professionally cleaned whenever large stains or an overall soiled

condition occurs.
