DreamMaxx 32 s.f. Pre-Fabricated Kiosk

This model was erected in Jazen, Saudi Arabia in the Kadi Mall

This 32 s.m. DreamMax Kiosk is one of several different-sized kiosks we offer, prefab-ricated in Thailand and delivered to your location. It can be erected in a few hours from our instructions, using simple tools. We provide basically a turnkey business. The DREAMMAXX 32 S.M. KIOSK is built in Thailand and shipped to Saudi Arabia along with ingredients and the Thai machinery in two 60’ containers. The European ice cream machine plus three display cases, the cone maker and slush machine were shipped in a container directly from Europe.

The Saudi owner opted for our on-site setup package, which costs $5,000 USD, plus air fare, hotel and lodging for two persons. We can also bring our tech installer for free, adding only for transportation and lodging. Although the onsite setup adds to the startup cost, many think it is a considerable benefit to have us spend 10-12 days tweaking the machinery and training the staff. When we leave, your staff is trained, everything is running and your freezers are full of delicious desserts. This kiosk provides the following European machinery provided by us or you can choose less-expensive Chinese equipment:

• 1 ice cream machine 9L • 1 180 cm display case • 1 120 cake case • 1 Cold stone case • 1 crepe maker • 1 3-flavor slush machine • 1 Belgium style waffle maker • 1 Cone maker

Included is the following Thailand manufactured machinery:

• 1 Blast freezer, 2-half-door • 1 under-counter reefer, 3-door • 1 ice chest • 1 Food processor • 1-Milkshake mixer • 3 stainless steel shelves • 4 work counter-cabinets • 2 wall cabinets • 3 shelves • 1 sink with cabinet • 1 20L tea warmer • 8 sets uniforms, hats, aprons • scale and assorted hand tools • 2 electric mixers • About 4 months of ingredients

This kiosk sells the following:

• Ice Cream, sherbet, sorbet, regular or sugar-free • Ice Cream Cakes and rolls • Cold Stone Sundaes • Slush • Italian sodas • French crepes with ice cream • Fresh Juice • Cookies, French Macaroons. Brownies, Cookies, Mousse, • Custard, Tarts, European Cakes, Cupcakes

Service is entirely paper plate and disposable cups:

Since the owner had a cake shop, our coffee machine was installed there. Because the cake shop already had an oven, none was installed, but one can be added by adding an additional 1 m to the kiosk length, making the unit 36 s.m. or you can bake offsite. STAFF AND TRAINING: We usually hire Filipino staff (or your own choice) and train them in Thailand. We send our franchisees approved, trained staff, capable of making our entire product line for $4,500 USD not including air fare or agency fees. If students fail to meet our standards we don’t send them. In addition to the obvious benefit of re-ceiving trained workers, we send only fully capable people, evaluated by us. In this case we were obliged to train existing staff on site, a job done by Big Boss. The kiosk was curtained off so that Big Boss could work with male Filipino staff.

and all of the machinery is working.

This kiosk does sell typical soft drinks but also, to-die-for Italian granite, Italian sodas and fresh OJ. Smaller Prefab

Kiosks Our beautiful Via Veneto Italian-style kiosk requires just 15 s.m. of space, making it and the rent much cheaper than the Dream-Maxx. Dessert manufacturing can be done on site in a 21 sm space or off-site, allowing you to provide several kiosks with products from a central kitchen. The Via Veneto can be installed where there is water but no drain if necessary and also has seating for 4. With a microwave you can also offer some light food, also made off site. We train you to make it! European or Chinese equipment as you prefer.
