.Inter House Literary /Sports Events:
Inter House Rangoli competition: Students of grade VII participated enthusiastically in the
Interhouse Rangoli competition. The theme was Lord Ganesh/Peacock. Rangoli, considered as harbinger of good
luck was done aesthetically with vibrant colours and
precision. The winners were

Inter House Quiz competition: An Inter house quiz competition was hosted for grades V, VI & VII. Students
participated quite actively and showcased their knowledge and aptitude. The winners of the competition were
Inter House Extempore competition:
National Unity Day (Rashtriya Ekta Diwas) was celebrated at Pallavi Model
School, Bowenpally on 31 Oct 2019. This day is quite significant as it
commemorates the birth anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel,”Iron man
of India”. He played a key role in our country’s struggle for Independence
and successfully integrated all the princely states to form a powerful
independent nation.
Conforming to the vision of this great statesman, an. English Extempore
competition and ART competition was organized to celebrate this day.
The topics for the Extempore competition were:

Students delivered their speech with great confidence, conviction and
brought forth a profound impact on the audience. Their speech emphasized
the importance of upholding Unity in diversity and how together we can
contribute for the prosperity and growth of our nation irrespective of our
individual differences.
Inter House Art competition: An Art competition was held on the theme
“Unity in Diversity”. Students portrayed their perception and imagination
with creative drawings, vivid imagination and vibrant colours.

Events:
Sakshi’s Spell bee/Math bee and Riddle bee competition
was held at PMS Bowenpally. Students of grades V, VI
and VII participated with great enthusiasm and zeal. Such competitions nurture a competitive
spirit in students and helps them gain
competency over their vocabulary, reasoning and cognitive skills.
Rubik cube A three day Rubik cube workshop was held to train the students for
the Guinness world record attempt to achieve the title of ‘Most contributions to a Rubik Cube Mosaic’. Students were fascinated and
participated in the workshop with great gusto.
Accolades and Achievements:
We are extremely proud to share that our student
Akshara of V C, had endeavoured on an exceptional feat to register in the Sakala Kalakarula Book of
Records.
She had participated in the solo singing and dance category and the performance lasted for 360
minutes.
Aditi and Rishikesh of Grade VI won the Gold medals in the Telangana State
Savate Championship.
A proud moment for PMS Bowenpally, as students are bringing laurels to our school and leaving their mark behind in various competitions.

CBSE Bricsmath Bricsmath.com an Annual International Online competition in
Mathematics/ General Ability for students from Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa will be held . Our students have registered
and are practising the trial round. The main round will be held from
13 November 2019 to 13 December 2019.The competition will focus on nurturing the mathematical skills of our students and further cater
to build their reasoning, critical thinking ,problem solving and even
effective communication skills.
Declamation contest helps students to gain confidence and has profound lasting benefits. So on the occasion of the 77 th Anniversary of Quit India
Movement, grade VI delivered famous speeches of our Indian freedom
fighters that had inspired millions of Indians to fight for our freedom.
Students delivered their speech with great style and substance and created a profound impact on the audience and judges.
Students of Grade VII competed on the theme of ‘Motivational speech for
youth’ on account of International Youth Day.The students presented their
speech with eloquence and conviction and impressed the audience with
their delivery and emphasis.
Inter House Rakhi Making competition ‘Raksha Bandhan,’ an auspicious occasion celebrating the sacred
bond between a brother and sister was celebrated. A Rakhi-
making competition was held on the same for grade VI and the
participants showcased their creativity and top-notch quilling
techniques. It was a feast to the eyes!

competition:
With the aim of inculcating reading habits and improve their
critical thinking a Book Review competition was held for grade
V.The students reviewed the books of ‘Enid Blyton’. Hailed as the
most loved and celebrated children’s author, students reviewed her

Events:
Investiture Ceremony;
On15 August 2019, Pallavi Model School was witness to some
spectacular dual celebrations. The Independence day was
celebrated with great fervour as students had put up an
impressive cultural programme and the much awaited
Investiture Ceremony of the Discipline Captains was held. The
captains received their badges from our Principal Mr. N. S.
Srinivas and took an oath led by our Vice Principal Ms. Mallika
to uphold their roles and deliver their duties diligently. Our
principal in his message urged the students to utilize the
opportunity given appropriately as with leadership and power
comes great responsibility. o Interschool and Interclass Recycling Championship
Students of grades V, VI and VII participated in the Interschool
and Interclass Recycling championship organised by the
Swachh WOW Club.
They contributed recyclable waste products and in lieu received
new stationery and an Appreciation Certificate. This initiative
would create a significant impact on the environment and
awareness in the students on the 3R’s of waste management.
Students of grades V, VI and VII participated in the NIE TIMES
Aptitude Test held today. The test covered a range of
parameters- verbal, numerical ability, special reasoning etc. to
help understand the students’ learning footprint.
o Inter School Book Review Competition: o Achievements and Accolades:
Celebration of our students’ success is something we take
immense pride of at Pallavi Model School, Bowenpally.
Our Students brought us laurels by bagging prizes in various
categories. Congratulations to all the winners.
Y.ShreyaSatyamurthy of VI C has made us proud by securing
the runners up position in Cadet girls event. She also qualified
for the semifinals in the Sub-Junior girls 17 th AWASA and 2nd
CENFLEX state ranking Table Tennis Tournament 2019 held at
AWA Sports Academy.
Inter School Achievements and Accolades:
