We included Anglo American, “Quellaveco” Project, in our

client portfolio.

We developed the specialized Cable Bolting Service.

Barrick, Freeport-MacMoRan, Grupo Mexico and Chinalco became part of our client portfolio as an effort to

diversify our customers and activities.

We ventured into Raise Boring. We were awarded with our first contract in

Colombia by Newmont/Continental Gold

in the Buriticá project.

We constructed a 4.10m diameter by 310m deep

ventilation shaft. The first of its type in Colombia

and one of a very few in Latin America.

We won our second contract in Colombia; FURA in their Coscuez project for

underground mine development services of

their emerald mine.

We implemented good corporate governance

practices: External CEO and Independent Board of

Directors.

1995

We successfully implemented our first

engineering project abroad.

We ventured into the infrastructure market: sanitation

and roads.

We focused our efforts only on mining. The service

portfolio was complemented with the Trackless mining work.

INCIMMET was founded in response to the demand for

specialized services in the mining and metallurgy sector. We successfully implemented

the Hydraulic Fill system in Buenaventura.

Under the concept of providing integral excavation solutions, our objective is to have underground mining operations with the adequate portfolio of services to offer our clients the lowest production cost.
