Cardiff Marble Company is the leading provider of granite, quartz and marble work
surfaces in Wales. Integra Creative was approached by Cardiff Marble to develop a
product brochure for display in the local Ikea store, to promote granite and quartz as an
alternative to laminate kitchen worktops.
Integra Creative designed an A5 4 page brochure which effectively showcased
the range of material available and their characteristics. The design had to be striking enough to stand out to Ikea customers when
shopping within the kitchen department, whilst sitting comfortably with the Ikea brand image.

Reflex Office Products are a London based office supplies company, providing office products, print,
catering & janitorial supplies, business machines and office furniture to businesses throughout the
London area.
Reflex briefed Integra Creative to develop a new business campaign to support their sales team in two specific categories – high spending and
medium spending City firms. For both campaigns the objective was to secure initial meetings with
prospective customers, with the incentive of a free iPad or iPod. Integra Creative developed
two creative routes for each target market, each effectively communicating the offer and the
Reflex proposition.

Reflex Office Products are a London based office supplies company, providing office products, print, catering &
janitorial supplies, business machines and office furniture to businesses throughout the London area. Reflex briefed
Integra Creative to develop a brand identity to communicate their offer and appeal to their mainly City based customers.
Integra Creative updated the existing Reflex logo using a stylised paper clip icon to give a more contemporary look. The new brand identity was rolled out across a 6
page Corporate Brochure using imagery to appeal to their customer base.
As part of their service, Reflex perform audits of their customers purchasing patterns to identify cost saving opportunities. They required a 40 page document to
communicate the results of each audit including the Reflex service proposition, graphs and tabulated data. Integra
Creative produced a templated document reflecting the new brand identity, which could be easily updated and printed
by Reflex for each new customer.

Reflex began working with nabarro in 2008 and manages general stationery, janitorial, catering and sanitary ware, and printed & bespoke items throughout the organisation. their annual spend is £500,000 and savings of 21% have been achieved through supplier consolidation, merchandising services and ordering controls.

Penketh’s are a Merseyside based office supply business with £10m turnover and over 35 years’ experience in delivering office stationery, catering & cleaning supplies, work wear &
protective equipment, furniture & AV equipment to businesses throughout the North West of England. Integra Creative work
closely with Penketh’s to develop marketing communications to raise brand awareness and support specific sales campaigns.
Penketh’s approached Integra Creative to develop a sales campaign focused on ‘the chair’ to promote Penketh’s furniture
offer. Integra Creative developed an 8 page brochure communicating the emotional benefits of the chair, rather
than just the practical benefits. Images of chairs in different every day situations were used, together with human figures as cut out silhouettes to demonstrate the emotional benefits,
connecting with the target audience and highlighting the importance of the chair itself.
Integra Creative also managed the printing of the brochure which included silver wire binding, double folded pages, laser
cut out images and velvet lamination, ensuring maximum impact when received by prospective clients.

Integra Creative developed a contemporary folder and brochure incorporating iconic imagery from the
North West of England to reinforce Penketh’s as a local supplier. Silver foil blocking and gloss lamination was
used to reflect Penketh’s professional approach. ‘A taste of things to come’ a smaller, less formal brochure was
also produced for use in sales presentations.
For the direct mail campaign, Integra Creative developed a distinctive ‘Kindle’ shaped mailer, offering
a free Kindle with each new business presentation.

direct invited Integra Creative to pitch for their 68 page catalogue.
To reinvigorate the CORGI direct brand and enable them to stand out in the marketplace
Integra Creative developed a clean catalogue design, with a distinctive personality
reflecting the values and principles of the CORGI direct brand. Clear layout and
use of logical product groupings, themed spreads and hero features, cross selling and up selling devices, delivered a user friendly
shopping experience which also encouraged increased average order values.

Integra Office Solutions, the leading dealer group in the UK office and IT supplies industry, tasked Integra
Creative to develop a catalogue to incorporate their complete product offer. The team was briefed to design a catalogue which would increase sales opportunities and encourage loyalty from Integra Office Solutions dealers, whilst enabling them to
stand out in the competitive office products market.
Integra Creative designed a 456 page catalogue, which was simple to use and easy to navigate. The team developed a format that was flexible enough
to incorporate personalised front covers for various resellers, varying product offers for multiple supply
chain partners and multiple price versions. Using industry leading catalogue management system
‘Matrix’ to display over 8,000 SKU’s and 10,000 images, the project was delivered on time and within budget. Integra Creative managed the entire project
from concept creative to print production.

design to print, as well as a range of personalised front covers for various dealers. To generate

large corporates entering the UK market.
Integra Creative developed a strong identity for the groups own brand ‘initiative’, and has designed
packaging for in excess of 1,000 products over a 13 year period for the company. 2014 will see Integra
Creative modernise the brand identity to further boost end-user sales, currently valued at over £18 million per
annum, and increase profit margins across their dealers.
Integra Creative is also responsible for the catalogue, direct mail and emarketing programmes for the
‘initiative’ own brand which have driven sales of over £200m since its launch in 1999.

Chesterfield based Frank Berry Otter, are a national distributor of education supplies to schools, colleges and
universities, who approached Integra Creative to produce the 2013 edition of their Education Catalogue.
Frank Berry Otter chose Integra Creative because of their proven expertise in catalogue production, ensuring the delivery of
quality, high pagination catalogues and maximising efficiencies in production time and costs. By using the Matrix catalogue
management system, Integra were also able to easily deliver two different priced versions.
Before progressing design, Integra Creative worked closely with Frank Berry Otter to understand their routes to market,
target audience and buying behaviours. A design concept for the catalogue was developed which clearly positioned Frank
Berry as a leading and trusted supplier with a comprehensive product offering and excellent service proposition. The design
included a special feature highlighting the unique blocking and personalisation service that Frank Berry Otter offer to their
customers. Integra Creative also managed the print production of the catalogue which was delivered one week ahead of schedule.
The 344 page catalogue enabled Frank Berry to successfully compete with larger national players in the
education supplies market.

Integra Office Solutions Ltd, the leading dealer group in the UK office and IT supplies industry, approached Integra Creative to design a shop facia together with
point of sale for ‘The Initiative Shop’, its’ stationery and office supplies retail outlet.
Integra Creative worked within the limitations of the existing facia to design a fresh, modern look. In addition the team created a complete point of
sale programme for the store from header boards to posters. Seasonal campaigns were designed to
increase footfall during the busiest times of the year, supported by local advertising.
The initiative Shop was successfully opened within a 3 month timescale and immediately achieved a

a part of their event team taking care of website design, promotional collateral and exhibition displays.
Integra Creative has worked with Integra Office Solutions to develop a new theme each year. From initial concept through to implementation, Integra
Creative work alongside the Integra Office Solutions team to manage their events.
Integra Creative is responsible for the design, development and management of the Integra events
website, which incorporates booking functionality. The team also manage the design and print of invitations, conference collateral, promotional videos, PowerPoint
presentations and large format displays.

Integra Creative came up with a concept that had PLAY as its focus. This allowed us to draw attention to our ‘initiative’ own brand throughout 2012, coinciding with the Olympic Games. We achieved over 500 direct responses and in excess of 1,700 unique visitors to the ‘initiative’ website as a result of the campaign.

Integra Office Solutions, the leading dealer group in the UK office and IT supplies industry, required a direct mail campaign to generate exposure of their
‘initiative’ own brand and which enabled them to engage with consumers.
Integra Creative developed a direct mail campaign centred on ‘PLAY’ to coincide with the 2012 Olympics.
The ‘PLAY initiative’ campaign invited consumers to enter a competition to win sport associated prizes. The
campaign also enabled data capture, allowing the client to further improve their products and services.
The direct mail campaign ran throughout 2012 and was supported by email campaigns and website
banners designed by Integra Creative. A national and local PR campaign was also managed by the
Integra Creative team.

Integra Office Solutions, the leading dealer group in the UK office and IT supplies industry, wanted
to increase its membership figures through a high profile recruitment campaign.
Integra Creative devised a concept focusing on the core strengths of the Integra dealer group. The
concept was developed across four advertising campaigns carried out during 2012. Each
campaign was supported with a direct mail piece, email campaign, website banner and landing page.
The campaigns generated an increase in website traffic and inbound enquiries, also enabling the
telemarketing agency to confirm 80 qualified appointments for the business development team.
The group gained 19 high quality members on the back of the advertising campaigns and
supporting collateral.

South Wales Property specialist Amodeo Scott Developments tasked Integra Creative to produce an
identity and sales literature to attract buyers to The Lodge, a Cardiff development of 12 executive
two-bedroom apartments.
Integra Creative developed a distinctive logo incorporating elements of the developments’ architectural shape; plus brochures that combined illustrative work and
lifestyle photography. After the successful sale of 50% of the development, Integra Creative were briefed to devise
a further mailing to support continued sales activity through local estate agents.

‘initiative’ office products and stockists. Integra Creative took elements of the initiative catalogue
design to create a simple and effective website for consumers to easily navigate.
The team managed the website design from start to finish taking care of copywriting, design and build.
The website incorporated a bespoke categorised product list, enabling the products to be directly
accessed from Google searches, as well as a postcode search facility to identify local stockists.
The website has over 300 unique visitors every month and has allowed Integra Office Solutions

Design Solutions invited Integra Creative to pitch for their sales brochure.
Integra Creative devised a theme focused on the strapline ‘exceed your expectations’, to
communicate the quality of the products. The theme was carried throughout the 8 page brochure with quotes from famous people. A fresh clean design
reinforcing and reflecting an hygienic environment was incorporated using blue and green colour

brand range of products and which differentiated it from competitor brands.
Integra Creative took a fresh approach to the design incorporating a light, airy and aspirational office space
together with a more logical layout of products within the catalogue, making it easier for the consumer to
shop. Integra Creative managed the production from photography and copywriting through to pagination,
using industry leading catalogue management system, Matrix. Integra Creative also managed the print process.
The catalogue has been the central element of the brand support programme available to members of Integra Office Solutions, driving sales equating to £18m per
annum. Integra Creative has also developed an iBook, digiBook and website to further complement the
initiative catalogue.
