Insurance Education Institute Online Component: Begins March 5, 2012 On-Campus Component: June 17-19, 2012 ABOUT THE INSURANCE EDUCATION INSTITUTE: Insurance Education Institute (IEI) is a professional development opportunity and graduate course designed for educators, grades 7-12, to become more effective in teaching insurance by providing the tools necessary for understanding all forms of insurance. The institute focuses on the relevance of insurance to middle and high school students and their families. IEI is sponsored by The Griffith Insurance Education Foundation, a charitable organization located in Columbus, Ohio, whose goal is to improve the understanding of insurance and its role in society through the education of teachers and students.
