Instructions to upload proof of vaccination and PCR results.

Step 1 Go to Insidetrack.yu.edu and log into your account.

Step 2 Select your group. Click on “Employee” or hover over “Student” and select your school. If you are an both a student and an employee, you can use either link.

Step 3 Click on “PCR / COVID-19 Vaccination Upload Tool”. Your screen may look slightly different.

Step 4 Select your group, “Student”, “Employee”, or “Both” (if you are both an employee and a student)

Step 5 Click on the document you are uploading, either “Vaccination Proof” or “PCR” and click “Choose File”

Step 6 Use the pop up window to locate and select the file from your computer. The system can only accept a JPG, PDF, or BMP file.

Step 7 Visually confirm that the correct file has been selected and click the “Upload” button

Step 8 Visually confirm that file has been uploaded.

You must upload vaccine proof and PCR results separately. Follow the same steps for each submission, Just select the correct document.

Once your file(s) has been uploaded, an administrator will view the file and if appropriate approve your sub-mission. Should there be any concerns with your submission, an administrator will contact you via YU email.
