Quick open and close, less flowing resistance.
PTFE sealing, perfect sealing, high temperature, corrosion
resistance, acid and alkali resistance. The main features of
the valve itself is compact, easy operation and maintenance
for water, acids and natural gas general working media.
Never try to disassemble valve when it is under pressure. If
this valve is to be installed between two mated welding
flanges, it is permissible to tack weld the flange in place with
the valve in line in order to align bolt holes however the
valve should the be removed until after the welded cooled to
prevent heat distortion of soft parts. Stem Packing
Adjustment: If leakage is evident in the stem packing area,
tighten adJusting nut (1/2"-2") or the gland bolts (3"-6")¼
tum. If leak persists, repeat tightening. Replacement of stem
packing is indicated if the leak is apparent after ½tum
For Two Piece Flanged Valves Only: This is a bi-directional
valve and may be installed with flow in either direction.
