1. Importante

Este manual ha sido diseñado y creado especialmente para el usua-rio final del artículo Alpha Pen®, todo lo descrito en él está orienta-do al correcto uso y mantenimiento de la máquina. El uso indebido, alteración de la misma y/o sus componentes por otras piezas o ele-mentos no suministrados por el anulan la garantía de la máquina.

Antes de poner en marcha el equipo, lea detenidamente todas las indicaciones descritas en este manual.

Deberá conservarlo en un lugar seguro y accesible a todos los posi-bles usuarios de la máquina rotativa ALPHA PEN®.

El equipo sólo debe ser puesto en funcionamiento y utilizado por personas instruidas en su manejo, y exclusivamente para los fines previstos: realización de técnicas de tatuaje y micro-pigmentación.

ARTDRIVER®, los logotipos de ARTDRIVER® y otros productos ARTDRIVER®, mencionados en este manual, son marcas registradas o marcas de la empresa ARTDRIVER TATTOO MACHINES.

2. Introducción La máquina tipo PEN que ha adquirido, pertenece a la familia de máquinas de tatuajes y micro-pigmentación de una gran calidad de acabado junto a un bajo nivel de contaminación.

5. Advertencias

NO SOBREPASAR NUNCA EL VOLTAJE RECOMENDADO DE 9,5 VOLTIOSEs importante asegurarse de que el casquillo interior B queda bien roscado y apretado con el A, para ello usar la llave fija ARTDRIVER® incluida en la caja. Siempre utilizar el aparato con el único fin para el que fue diseñado, tatuaje y micro pigmentación. Nunca usarlo para otros fines que no sean los recomen-dados e indicados.• Evitar caídas y golpes • NO sumergir las partes eléctricas del aparato (conjunto motor Nº2) en líquidos u otros fluidos.• NO suministrar excesiva cantidad de aceite para que no llegue al motor.• NO desmontar la tapa trasera del casquillo interior, ver figura.No se recomienda desmontar la tapa del casquillo interior ni ninguno de sus elementos internos, este proceso debe ser realizado por personal técnico de ARTDRIVER®.

· Antes de la puesta en funcionamiento, y especialmente después de cada lim-pieza y/o reparación, deberá comprobar que los componentes de la maquina estén perfectamente ajustados.En el caso de piezas defectuosas deberá contactar con el servicio técnico de ARTDRIVER® convenientemente para su sustitución o reemplazo.· La máquina es de fácil manejo, debido a su diseño y a la simplicidad de sus mecanismos. Utilícela siguiendo las instrucciones de uso, mantenimiento y seguridad indica-das en el presente manual y realice las prácticas de aplicación en piel sintética necesarias para conseguir la calidad y técnica de tatuaje deseada. · Antes de su puesta en servicio, se recomienda limpiar las partes externas de la máquina, ya que es sometida a pruebas de funcionamiento, y antes de su enva-sado se le aplica un tratamiento de protección del que pueden quedar restos. Limpie las superficies externas de la máquina con un producto de limpieza NO CORROSIVO, limpie también las grasas residuales procedentes del montaje, solo su exterior ya que el mecanismo siempre tiene que estar lubricado.

· Asegúrese de que los productos a aplicar, sean químicamente compati-bles con los componentes del equipo con los que contacta (Aluminio, Acero Inoxidable, Acetal y Goma). · La máquina está preparada para tener una larga vida, compatibles con ac-cesorios y consumibles estándar (solo con sistema de aguja por cartucho). Su empleo con productos químicos altamente agresivos, aumenta rápida-mente la necesidad de mantenimiento y recambios. Si necesita aplicar pro-ductos especiales, consulte con ARTDRIVER TATTOO MACHINES.· Lea y aplique con atención todos los datos, instrucciones y medidas de seguridad indicados por el fabricante de los productos que vaya a utilizar (Agujas, Pigmentos etc.), ya que pueden generar averías prematuras (ver apartado sobre Seguridad y Salud).

6. Consejos Útiles

Se recomienda utilizar la máquina siempre con su mecanismo interno lubricado para reducir al mínimo el desgaste y conseguir la máxima amplitud de vida del mismo.Prestar atención al apretar los tornillos Allen a la hora de apretar para no tras roscar o romper las roscas.

7. Descripción Funcional del Equipo

La Máquina ALPHA PEN® sirve para aplicar todo tipo de técnicas del tatuaje (Líneas, sombra, color, etc.), utilizados habitualmente en los sec-tores de tatuaje y dermoestética.Primero asegurarse de que tiene lubricadas las partes móviles internas (barra fija, barra móvil y Twist-bar®), para acceder a ellas basta tan solo con desenroscar el grip y lubricarlas con el envase de aceite lubricante incluido a través de las dos ventanas de acceso que tienen el vaso de unión y el casquillo interior A (se pueden ver las partes móviles del apa-rato en las figuras 1 y 4).Colocar el cartucho en el orificio del grip prestando atención al grabado de los candados en la superficie del mismo (abierto / cerrado). Cerrar de derecha a izquierda, un cuarto de giro hasta que no gire más y com probar tirando hacia fuera que el cartucho no sale y queda totalmente fijado, ver figuras 6.1, 6.2 y 6.3. Conectar el cable de corriente desde la fuente de alimentación hasta la entrada RCA hembra que tiene ALPHA PEN en la parte superior del mismo.Pisar el pedal auxiliar o bien el interruptor de la fuente de alimentación y regular a partir de 4 voltios, hasta alcanzar el voltaje deseado de fun-cionamiento, sin sobrepasar los 9,5 voltios recomendados.

8. Puesta en marcha y mantenimiento

Para efectuar el mantenimiento, una reparación o limpieza, desconecte previamente el equipo de la red eléctricaNo se deben utilizar grandes esfuerzos ni herramientas inadecuadas para el mantenimiento y limpieza del equipo. Algunas reparaciones de-ben realizarse a veces con herramientas especiales. En este supuesto deberá ponerse en contacto con el Servicio de aten-ción al cliente de ARTDRIVER®. La manipulación del producto por per-sonal no autorizado extingue la garantía del mismo. Es imprescindible hacer una revisión periódica del equipo para veri-ficar el estado de sus componentes y sustituirlos cuando no estén en perfectas condiciones. PARA OBTENER EL MEJOR RESULTADO POSIBLE UTILICE SIEM-PRE REPUESTOS ORIGINALES. ASEGURAN UNA TOTAL INTER-CAMBIABILIDAD, SEGURIDAD Y FUNCIONAMIENTO PERFECTOS.

Como lubricar los mecanismos internos.Se aconseja lubricar los mecanismos internos cada 20/30 horas de uso aproximadamente. Desenroscar el grip girando de derecha a izquierda hasta que salga y podremos ver el casquillo interno con dos ventanas, como se represen-ta en la (figura 1).

Una vez retirado el grip proceder a lubricar los mecanismos internos con el envase de aceite suministrado en la caja, hay que verter unas gotitas concretamente en las dos barras del mecanismo interno, barra móvil y barra fija tal como podemos ver en la figura 2.

Una vez concluida la lubricación de estos mecanismos, hay que lubri-car ligeramente el Twist-bar®. Desenroscamos el casquillo B con ayuda de la llave fija especial suministrada en la caja, tal como podemos ver en la siguiente imagen (figura 3).

Una vez retirado el casquillo B podremos ver en el centro como sobre-sale el Twist-bar® (figura 4), si se desea se puede desmontar para una mejor lubricación o sustituir el Twist-bar® por otro tipo de dureza, tan solo hay que desenroscarlo y extraerlo (figura 5).

A continuación, procedemos a lubricar con un poco de aceite alrededor del mismo (unas gotas). En la siguiente imagen podemos verlo (figura 6). Si se aplicó demasiada cantidad de aceite retirar o limpiar hasta que quede solamente lubricado el Twist-bar® sin exceso de aceite. Una vez lubricado volver a roscar el casquillo A, es muy importante apretarlo bien con la llave fija suministrada.

Como insertar o sustituir el cartucho en el grip.

Para facilitar la inserción y ajuste del cartucho la boquilla dispone de unas ranuras específicas. Colocar el cartucho en la posición indicada tal como se representa en el dibujo de la figura 6.1

Introducirlo hasta el final y realizar un cuarto de giro hasta que no gire más y quedará completamente fijado, como se muestra a continuación en las figuras 6.2 y 6.3.

Como cambiar el recorrido de 3mm a 3,8mm.

NOTA: El proceso de cambiar el conjunto excéntrico en las dos medidas posibles es el mismo para ambos.Para diferenciar el conjunto excéntrico de 3,8mm del conjunto excén-trico de 3mm, nos fijamos en que el conjunto excéntrico de 3,8mm lleva gravado un punto en uno de sus lados.Para intercambiar el conjunto, basta solo con girar el vaso de unión que une la maquina en dos partes separadas (A y B). Sujetar fuerte con la mano por la parte A y desenroscar con la otra mano la parte B de dere-cha a izquierda hasta que la maquina se separe en dos mitades (figura 7).

Una vez separadas las dos partes se puede ver el conjunto excéntrico como se muestra en la (figura 8).

Para sustituir el conjunto deberemos usar la llave Allen de 1,5 suminis-trada en la caja y aflojar el tornillo prisionero con el que se sujeta el conjunto excéntrico al eje del motor como se ve en la figura 9.

Una vez aflojado retirar el conjunto y sustituirlo por el otro de la misma forma, como se muestra a continuación en la figura 10. Es muy importan-te que al sustituir el conjunto excéntrico la ranura esté completamente alineada con la barra móvil para su correcta colocación, para ello debe-remos sacar el casquillo interior del vaso de unión “pieza nº4” aflojando los dos prisioneros y sacando el casquillo con ayuda de la llave Allen de 1,5 suministrada, volver a colocar el casquillo interior y posicionarlo de forma que queden alineados el conjunto excéntrico y la barra móvil co-rrectamente. Todo este proceso se muestra en las figuras 11, 12 y 13.

¡ADVERTENCIA!En caso de desenroscar el grip si no se apretó bien fuerte el casquillo B puede quedar roscado dentro del mismo, para ello deberemos usar la llave fija y desatornillarlo insertando la parte trasera de la llave en la ranura ubicada en la parte posterior del casquillo como se muestra a continuación en la figura 14.

Como sustituir el Twist-bar® por otro tipo de dureza.Existen tres tipos de durezas, dureza fija, dureza media y dureza sua-ve. Los tres tipos de twist-bar se suministran en la caja y se distinguen conforme podemos ver en la siguiente imagen, figura 15.

Para intercambiar los tipos de dureza tan solo hay que seguir las indi-caciones explicadas en la página 9, figuras 3, 4 y 5.

9. Seguridad y Salud

Para efectuar el mantenimiento, una reparación o limpieza, desconecte previamente el equipo de la red eléctrica (RCA). Mantener la zona de trabajo limpia durante el trabajo Utilice guantes al manipular el producto (ver recomendacio-nes del fabricante) y al limpiar la máquina rotativa. La máquina en sí misma no propicia ningún riesgo mecánico de perforaciones, impactos o pinzamientos, salvo los deriva-bles de instalaciones indebidas o manipulaciones incorrectas (sin el cartucho de aguja). Durante el trabajo y a través de la máquina rotativa, no se transmiten vibraciones a partes del cuerpo del usuario y las fuerzas de reacción son mínimas. La utilización o manipulación de la máquina, requiere una atención adecuada, para evitar que se produzcan en el mismo deterioro o tatuajes no deseados etc. No debe utilizarse si las capacidades mentales, perceptivas y de reacción están altera-das a causa de sustancias (alcohol, drogas, medicamentos, etc.), así como fruto del cansancio o por cualquier otro motivo.

La máquina rotativa está preparada para su uso a temperatura ambiente. En general, toda manipulación de la máquina debe realizarse teniendo la precaución de no deteriorarla. Los o-ring (juntas tóricas) de unión deben estar bien ajustados y en buen estado de uso. En caso contrario debe reemplazarse por unos del mismo diámetro y grosor (10 x 2.5mm y 12,42 x 1.78mm). El incumplimiento de las indicaciones del presente manual pue-de ocasionar el deterioro prematuro de la máquina. Respete y cumpla las indicaciones relativas a la preservación del medio ambiente. Para posibles consultas, hay que tener siempre a disposición las fichas de seguridad de los productos a aplicar y los líquidos de limpieza.

10. Observaciones

Obtendrá una buena calidad de acabado, siguiendo las instruc-ciones del presente manual. Si tiene alguna duda al respecto, contacte con el servicio técnico de ARTDRIVER®. La utilización de disolventes y/o detergentes que contengan hidrocarburos halogenados (Tricloretano, Cloruro de metilo, etc.), puede originar reacciones químicas en el equipo, así como en sus componentes cincados (el tricloroetano mezclado con pequeñas cantidades de agua produce ácido clorhídrico). Debi-do a ello, tales componentes pueden oxidarse. Recomendamos que utilicen productos que no contengan los componentes mencionados. En ningún caso se deben utilizar ácidos, sosa (álcalis, o decapantes, etc.) para su limpieza.

11. Condiciones de Garantía

Este aparato ha sido fabricado con rigurosa precisión, habien-do sido sometido a numerosos controles antes de su salida de fábrica. La GARANTÍA concedida es de 2 años, a partir de la fecha de compra, que será indicada por el establecimiento vendedor en el lugar habilitado al respecto, junto con su sello. Una vez ad-quirido el equipo, cumplimente la garantía y remítala al fabri-cante para su validación.

Esta GARANTÍA cubre cualquier defecto de fabricación, que será subsanado sin cargo para el comprador. Sin embargo, que-dan expresamente excluidas todas aquellas averías resultan-tes de un mal uso del equipo, tales como conexiones incorrec-tas, sobretensiones del motor, rotura por caídas ó similares, desgaste anormal de componentes y en general cualquier de-ficiencia no imputable a la fabricación del aparato. Asimismo, se perderá la GARANTÍA cuando se constate que el aparato ha sido manipulado por personas ajenas a nuestro Servicio de Asistencia Técnica.

Esta GARANTÍA no respalda los compromisos adquiridos con cualquier persona ajena a nuestro servicio técnico. En caso de avería durante el periodo de garantía, adjunte al aparato el certificado de garantía debidamente cumplimenta-do, y entréguelo a la distribuidora donde fue comprada, o bien poniéndose en contacto con ARTDRIVER®. Queda excluida cualquier exigencia de más trascendencia con-tra el proveedor, en particular la indemnización por daños y perjuicios. Esto se aplica igualmente a los daños que se origi-nasen durante el asesoramiento, la adquisición de práctica y la demostración.

Las prestaciones por garantía no tienen por consecuencia una prolongación del periodo de la misma. No se atenderá en garantía ningún aparato del cual no conste en los archivos de ARTDRIVER®. El resguardo adjunto, del cer-tificado de garantía debidamente cumplimentado. Reservadas las modificaciones Técnicas.

POSIBLES CAUSAS

• Revise el cableado desde la fuente de alimentación a la máquina.• Revise también el pedal auxiliar que funciona correctamente.• Compruebe que el conjunto excéntrico se colocó correcta-mente alineado tal como se explica en este manual, mirar el apartado (como sustituir el conjunto excéntrico para cambiar de 3mm a 3,8mm figuras 11, 12 y 13).• El casquillo B si se desmonta al volver a colocarlo tiene que estar bien apretado, use para ello la llave que se adjunta con todo del equipo ver figura 14.• Lubricar elementos internos móviles como se muestra en las figuras 2 y 6. • Comprobar si quedó bien ajustado y totalmente bloqueado el cierre en el grip, como se muestran en las figuras 6.1, 6.2 y 6.3.

1. Important

This manual has been designed and created especially for the ends user of the Alpha Pen®. Everything described here is aimed at using and maintaining the machine correctly. Any undue use or alteration of the device, or replacing its components for third-party parts shall void the warranty.

Before starting up the equipment, carefully read all the instruc-tions found in this manual.

The ALPHA PEN® should be kept in a safe place, accessible to all potential users of the machine.The equipment should only be started up and used by persons tra-ined to do so, and only for its intended purpose: tattooing and mi-cro-pigmentation.

2. Introduction

5. Warnings

NEVER EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED 9,5 -VOLT VOLTAGEIt is important to make sure that the interior B cap is well screwed on and tight-ly on A. To do so, use the ARTDRIVER® spanner included in the box. Always use the device for the sole purpose it was designed for: tattoos and mi-cro-pigmentation. Never use it for purposes other than what has been recom-mended and indicated.• Avoid dropping or hitting it. • Do NOT submerge the electrical parts of the device (no. 2 motor group) in any kind of liquid.• Do NOT supply excessive oil so that it does not reach the motor.• Do NOT remove the back cover from the inside cap. See figure.We do not recommend removing the cover form the inside cap or any internal elements. This should only be done by technical personnel from ARTDRIVER®.

· Before starting up, especially after each clean and/or repair, check that all the components of the machine are tight.In the event of any faulty parts, contact ARTDRIVER®’s technical depart-ment for a replacement.· The machine is easy to use thanks to its design and the simplicity of its mechanisms. Follow the user, maintenance and safety instructions of this manual and practice on synthetic skin as necessary to achieve the desired tattoo quality and technique. · Before using it, we recommend cleaning the outer parts of the machine, since it is subject to operational tests and is given a protective treatment before packaging, of which there could be left over elements. Clean the sur-faces of the machine with a NON-CORROSIVE cleaning product. Also clean any grease left over after assembly. Only clean the outside, as the inside of the mechanism should always be lubricated. · Make sure that the applied products are chemically compatible with the components of the equipment they are in contact with (aluminium, stain-

less steel, acetal and rubber). · The machine has been designed to have a long life. It is compatible with standard consumables and accessories (cartridge needle system only). Using it with highly aggressive chemicals significantly increases the rate at which it will need maintenance and spares. If special products need to be applied, consult with ARTDRIVER TATTOO MACHINES.· Carefully read and apply all the data, instructions and safety measures in-dicated by the product manufacture you will be using (needles, pigments, etc.), since they may cause premature faults (see health and safety section).

6. Useful Advice

We recommend making sure the internal mechanism of the machine is always lubricated to keep wear to a minimum and extend the lifetime of the machine.

Pay attention when tightening the Allen screws - do not over-tighten or break the screws.

7. Functional Description of the Equipment

The ALPHA PEN® machine is good for all kinds of tattoo techniques (lines, shading, colouring, etc.) commonly used in the tattoo and skin aesthetic sectors.

First, make sure the inside moving parts are lubricated (fixed bar, moving bar and Twist-bar®). To access the inside, simply unscrew the grip and lubricate the parts with the included lubricant bottle through the two access windows in the binding and interior cap A (the moving parts of the device can be seen in figures 1 and 4).Place the cartridge in the grip orifice, paying close attention to the lock symbol on the surface of the grip (open/closed). Close from ri-ght to left; a quarter of a turn at a time until it stops turning. Check by pulling outwards that the cartridge is firmly fixed in place. See figures 6.1, 6.2 and 6.3.

Connect the power cable from the power source to the RCA female input on the top of the ALPHA PEN.

Step on the auxiliary pedal or power source switch and regulate from 4 volts, until reaching the desired operating voltage. Do not exceed the recommended 9,5 volts.

8. Start-up and Operation

Disconnect the equipment from its power source before performing any maintenance, repair or cleaning task.Do not use excessive force or unsuitable tools to maintain or clean the equipment. Some repairs must be carried out using special tools. In these cases, contact the ARTDRIVER®’s customer service depart-ment. Unauthorised personnel handling the product will void the warranty.

It is essential to periodically check the condition of the equipment’s components and replace them when they are not in perfect condition. ALWAYS USE ORIGINAL SPARE PARTS TO GET THE BEST POSSIBLE RESULTS. THEY GUARANTEE PERFECT SAFETY AND WORKING CONDITIONS.

How to lubricate internal mechanisms.We recommend lubricating the internal mechanisms after every 20/30 hours of use approximately.

Unscrew the grip by twisting from right to left until it releases and the internal cap with two windows is visible, as shown in figure 1.

Once the grip has been removed, lubricate the internal mechanisms with the oil bottle supplied in the box. Pour some drops on the two bars of the internal mechanism, moving bar and fixed bar, as shown in figure 2.

Once the mechanisms have been lubricated, lightly lubricate the Twist-bar®. Unscrew cap B with the special fixed key supplied in the box, as shown in the image below (figure 3).

After removing cap B, you will be able to see the Twist-bar® protruding (figure 4). The Twist-bar® can be removed for improved lubrication or to replace with another with a different hardness. Simply unscrew it and remove it (figure 5).

Next, lubricate with a little oil around the bar (a few drops). We can see it in the image below (figure 6).If you applied too much oil, remove some or clean it until only the Twist-bar® is lubricated, without excess oil. Once lubricated, screw in cap A again. It is very important to tighten it well with the supplied key.

How to insert or replace the cartridge in the grip.

To facilitate the insertion and adjustment of the cartridge, the nozzle has some specific slots. Set the cartridge to the indicated position as shown in figure 6.1.

Introduce it until the end and do quarter turns until it no longer turns and it is completely fixed, as shown in figures 6.2 and 6.3.

How to change the travel from 3 mm to 3.8 mm.

NOTE: The process of the changing the eccentric set to the two possible measurements is the same for both.To help differentiate the 3.8 mm eccentric set from the 3 mm eccentric set, the 3.8 mm eccentric has a dot on one of its sides.To change the set, it is enough to turn the binding that joints the machi-ne in two separate parts (A and B). Keep a firm grip on part A and, with your other hand, unscrew part B from right to left, until the machine separates into two halves (figure 7).

Once the two parts are separate, you will be able to see the eccentric set as shown in figure 8.

To replace the set, use the 1.5 Allen key supplied in the box and loo-sen the screw holding the eccentric set to the motor axis as shown in figure 9.

Once loosened, remove the set and replace with another with the same shape, as shown in figure 10 below. When replacing the eccentric set, it is very important to make sure that the slot is fully aligned with the mo-ving bar. To do so, remove the interior cap from the binding (part no. 4) by loosening the two stud bolts and removing cap with the supplied 1.5 Allen key. When replacing interior cap, position it such that the eccentric set is correctly aligned with the moving bar. The entire process is shown in figures 11, 12 and 13.

WARNING!When unscrewing the grip, if cap B was not fully screwed on, it may end up screwed inside it. In this case, use a fixed key and unscrew it by inserting the back of the key into the slow on the back of the cap, as shown in figure 14 below.

How to replace the Twist-bar® for a different hardness.There are three hardness types: fixed, medium and soft. The three types of twist-bars are supplied in the box and are distinguished in the manner shown in figure 15.

To change the hardness types, simply follow the instructions explai-ned on page 9, figures 3, 4 and 5.

9. Health and Safety

Disconnect the equipment from its power source before per-forming any maintenance, repair or cleaning task (RCA). Keep the work area clean throughout Wear gloves when handling the product (see manufacturer’s recommendations) when cleaning the machine. The machine itself does not present a mechanical risk of pier-cing, impact or pinching, except risks derived from incorrect installations or handling (without the water cartridge). Vibrations are not transmitted to the user’s body while the machine is operating, and the reaction forces are minimal. The use or handling of the machine requires a suitable level of attention to avoid deterioration or unwanted tattoos, etc. The machine should not be used if under the influence of alcohol, drugs, medication, etc. or if tired or otherwise in an altered mental state with affected perception and reaction abilities. The machine is designed to work at room temperature. In ge-neral, whenever using the machine, care should be taken to not damage it.

The o-rings must be tight and in good condition. Otherwise, they should be replaced by others of the same diameter and thickness (10 x 2.5 mm and 12.42 mm x 1.78 mm). Failing to com-ply with the instructions of this manual could cause the ma-chine to deteriorate prematurely. Follow the instructions related to looking after the environ-ment. For any queries, always have the safety sheets for the pro-ducts and cleaning liquids at hand.

10. Observations

You will achieve a good-quality finish if you follow the instruc-tions in this manual. If you have any questions, contact ART-DRIVER®’s technical service department. The use of solvents and/or detergents that contain halogena-ted hydrocarbons (trichloroethane, methyl chloride, etc.) may cause chemical reactions in the equipment or its galvanised components (trichloroethane mixed with small amounts of water produces hydrochloric acid). For this reason, these com-ponents may rust. We recommend using products that do not contain the ingredients mentioned above. In no event use acids or sodas (alkalis, strippers, etc.) for cleaning.

11. Warranty Conditions

This device has been manufactured with rigorous precision and has been subject to numerous tests before leaving the factory. The WARRANTY is for 2 years from the purchase date, which shall be indicated by the selling establishment at their premi-ses, together with a stamp. After buying the equipment, fill in the guarantee and send it the manufacturer for validation. The WARRANTY covers any manufacturing defects, which will be repaired at no expense to the buyer. However, faults resulting from incorrect use of the equipment, such as inco-rrect connections, supplying too much power to the motor, braking due to dropping or mishandling, abnormal wear of components or in general any fault not attributable to the ma-

nufacture of the device are not covered by the warranty. In addition, the WARRANTY will be void if there are signs that the device has been handled by individuals not from our Tech-nical Assistance Team.This WARRANTY does not cover any commitments reached with anyone not from our technical service department. In the event of a fault developing during the warranty period, attach the filled-in warranty certificate to the equipment and send it to the distributor from where the device was pur-chased, or contact ARTDRIVER®. Any further demands against the supplier are expressly exclu-ded; especially compensation for damages. Este manual está desenhado e criado especialmente para o usuário ALFPHA PEN, tudo o descrito foi orientado ao correcto uso e manu-tenção da máquina.O uso abusivo, alteração da mesma /o/ ou seus componentes por ou-tras peças ou elementos não fornecidos por ele anula a garantia da máquina.

Antes de colocar em funcionamento na equipe de tatuagem, lea com atenção todas as indicações descritas em esse manual.Deverá consérvalo em um lugar seguro e acessível a todos os possí-veis usuários da máquina rotativa ALPHA PEN.

O equipamento só deverá ser colocado em funcionamento e utilizado por pessoas instruídas em seu manejo e exclusivamente para os finais previstos: realização de técnicas de tatuagem e micro pigmentação.ARTDRIVER, os logotipos de Artdriver e outros produtos Artdriver mencionados em este manual, são marcas registrada ou marca de empresa Artdriver.

2. Introdução

A máquina tipo PEN que foi adquirido, pertence a família de máqui-nas de tatuagem e micro pigmentação de uma grande qualidade de acabado junto o um baixo nível de contaminação.

5. Advertências

NÃO SOBREPASAR NUNCA A VOLTAGEM RECOMENDADA DE 9,5 VOLTIOS.É importante asegurarse de que o Casquilho interior B fique bem en-roscado e apertado com o A para isso te que usar a chave fixa ARTDRI-VER incluída na caixa.Sempre utilizar o aparato com o único fim para que foi desenhado, ta-tuagem e micro pigmentação.Nunca usarla para outros fines que não são os recomendados e indi-cados.· Evitar caídas e golpes.· Não submergir as partes elétricas do aparato (Conjunto motor n2) em líquidos ou outros líquidos.· Não submergir excesiva quantidade de aceite para que não chegue ao motor.· Não desmontar a tapa trasera do Casquilho interior, ver figura 0.

· Antes de colocar em funcionamento e especialmente depois de cada limpe-za ou reparação deverá comprovar que os Componentes da máquina estén perfeitamente ajustados.· Em caso de peças defeituosas deverá contactar com o serviço técnico de ARTDRIVER oportuno para sua substituição.· A máquina é de fácil controle, pelo seu desenho e a simplicidade dos seus mecanismos.· Use seguindo as instruções de seu uso, manutenção e seguridade indicados no presente manual e realize as práticas de aplicação em pele sintética ne-cessárias para conseguir a qualidade e técnica de tatuagem deseada.· Antes de colocar em funcionamento para seu uso se recomenda limpar as partes externas da máquina e já submetida as provas de funcionamento e antes de seu envasado se aplica um tratamento de proteção de possíveis res-tos de sujeira. limpeza NO CORROSIVO, limpe também as grasas residuais procedentes da montagem, só o seu mecanismo exterior sempre estará lubrificado.· A segura que os produtos a aplicar sean quimicamente compatíveis com os componentes da equipo (Alumínio, Acero, Inoxidável, Acetal e Goma).· A máquina está preparada para ter uma vida compatíveis com os acessó-rios e consumíveis aos padrões (só com sistema de agulha por cartucho ).Sua utilização com produtos químicos altamente agressivos, aumentará ra-pidamente a necessidade de manutenção e reposição de peças.Si necessita aplicar produtos especiais, consulte ARTDRIVER TATTOO MA-CHINES.· Lea e aplique com atenção todos os datos, instruções de medidas de segu-rança indicados pelo fabricante dos produtos que vão utilizar (Agulha, tin-tas, etc..)· Já que podem generar falhos prematuros (ver apartado sobre segurança e saúde ).

6. Conselhos Úteis Se recomenda utilizar a máquina sempre com seu mecanismo interno lubri-ficado para reducir ao mínimo o seu desgaste e conseguir a máxima ampli-tude da vida da misma.Presta bastante atenção ao apertar os parafusos Allen, na hora de apertar para não trasroscar ou quebrar as roscar.

7. Descrição Funcional da Equipo

A máquina ALPHA PEN sirve para aplicar a técnicas de tatuagem (linhas, sombra, cor, etc...) utilizados habitualmente em seu setores de tatuagem e dermoestética .Primeiro asegurase de que está lubrificado as partes móveis internas (Barra fixa, Barra móvel e twist-bar), para aceder a elas basta só com desenroscar o grip e lubrifica las com o frasco de aceite lubrificante, incluído através de duas janelas de acesso que tem o vaso de união e o casquilho interior A (se podem ver as partes móvel do aparelho na figura 1 e 4).Colocar o cartucho na abertura do grip prestando atenção ao gravado dos cadeados na superfície do mesmo (aberto/fechado).Fechar de direita a esquerda, um cuarto de giro até que não gire mais e com-provar tirando para fora que o cartucho não se escape e fique totalmente fixo, ver figura 6.1,6.2 e 6.3.Conectar o cabo na corrente elétrica pela fonte de alimentação até a entrada do RCA fêmea que tem o ALPHA PEN na parte superior do mesmo.Pisar o pedal auxiliar no interruptor da fonte de alimentação e regular a partir de 4 voltios, até alcançar a voltagem desejada de funcionamento, SIN SOBREPASAR OS 9,5 VOLTIOS RECOMENDADO.

8. Como Colocar em Funcionamento

Para efetuar a manutenção, uma reparação ou limpeza, desconecte pre-viamente a equipe da red eléctrica.Não se deve utilizar grandes esforços nem ferramentas inadequado para sua manutenção e limpeza da equipe. Algumas reparações devem realizar-se às vezes com ferramentas especiais.Em nesse suposto caso deverá contactar com o serviço de atenção ao cliente de ARTDRIVER. A manifestação do produto por pessoa não au-torizada extingue a garantia do mesmo. É imprescindível fazer uma re-visão periódica da equipe para verificar o estado dos seus componentes e substituir quando já não estiver em perfeitas condições.

PARA OBTER UM MELHOR RESULTADO POSSÍVEL UTILIZE SEM-PRE REPUESTO ORIGINAIS. ASSEGURAM UM TOTAL INTERCÂM-BIO,SEGURANÇA E FUNCIONAMENTO PERFEITOS.

Como lubrificar os mecanismo internos.Se aconselha lubrificar os mecanismos internos cada 30 hrs de uso aproximadamente.Desenroscar o grip girando de direita à esquerda até sair e podemos ver o casquilho interno com as duas janelas, como se mostra na figura (figura 1).

Uma vez retirado o grip e preceder a lubrificar o mecanismo internos com o frasco de aceite suministrado na caixa, se aplica umas gotinhas concretamente nas duas barras do mismo mecanismo internos, barra móvel e barra fixa tal como podemos observar na (figura 2).

Uma vez concluída a lubrificação dos mecanismo, também lubrifica-mos ligeiramente a TWIST-BAR.Desenroscamos o casquilho B com a ajuda da chave fixa especial sumi-nistrada na caixa, tal como se mostra na figura (figura 3).

Uma vez retirado o casquilho B podemos ver o centro sobressai a Twist-bar (figura4), si se deseja se pode desmontar para um melhor lu-brificação ou substituir a Twist-bar por outro tipo de dureza, tão só tem que desenroscar e tirá-lo (figura 5).

A continuação, procedemos a lubrificar com um pouco de aceite ao redor do mesmo (umas gotas). Em na seguinte imagem podemos ver (figura6). Si por descuido aplica muita quantidade de aceite retirar ou limpar até que fique somente lubrificado a Twist-bar sem acesso de aceite. Uma vez lubrificado voltar a enroscar el casquilho A.É muito importante apertar bem com a chave fixa subministrada.

Como introduzir ou substituir o cartucho no grip.

Para facilitar a Introdução e ajuste do cartucho no orifício dispone de umas ranhuras especiais.Colocar o cartucho na posição indicada tal como se representa no des-enho da figura 6.1

Introduzir até o final e realizar um cuarto giro até que no gire mais e fique completamente fixo, como se mostra a continuação nas (figuras 6.2 e 6.3).

Como mudar o percurso de 3mm a 3,8mm.

NOTA:O processo de mudar o conjunto excéntrico nas duas medidas possíveis é o mesmo para ambos.Para diferenciar o conjunto excéntrico de 3,8mm do conjunto excéntrico de 3mm, nos fixarmos no conjunto excéntrico de 3,8mm leva gravado um ponto em um dos lados.Para intercambiar o conjunto, basta uma só volta de união que une a máquina em duas partes separadas (A e B). Sujeita forte com a mão pela parte A e desenrosca com a mão a parte B da direita para esquerda até a máquina se separar em dois partes (figura 7)

Uma vez separadas as dois partes se pode observar o conjunto excén-trico como mostra a (figura 8).

Para substituir o conjunto deveremos usas uma chave ALLEN de 1,5mm suministrada na caixa e afrouxar o parafuso prisioneiro com o que sujeita o conjunto excéntrico ao eixo do motor como se vê na (figura 9).

Quando estiver solto o conjunto e substituir pelo outro da mesma forma, como se observa a continuação na (figura 10). É muito importante que ao substituir o conjunto excéntrico a abertura este completamente alinha-da com a barra móvel para sua correta colocação, para isso devemos tirar o casquilho interior do vaso de união “ peça 4” afrouxando as duas roscas e tirando o casquilho com ajuda da chave de Allen de 1,5mm subminis-trada, voltar a colocar o casquilho interior e posicionar lo de forma que fiquem alienados o conjunto excéntrico e a barra móvel corretamente. Todo esse processo se mostra nas figuras 11,12 e 13.

!ADVERTÊNCIA!Nessa caso desenrosca o grip si não apertou bem forte o casquilho B pode ficar enroscado dentro do mesmo, para isso deveremos usar a chave fixa e desenroscar insertando a parte traseira da chave na ranura situada na parte posterior do casquilho como se mostra a continuação n figura 14.

Como substituir o Twist-bar por outra dureza.Existem três tipos de durezas, dureza fixa, dureza meia e dureza suave. Os três tipos de Twist-bar se inclui dentro da caixa e se distinguem con-forme podemos ver na seguinte imagem, (figura 15).

Para intercambiar os tipos de durezas só temos que seguir as ins-truções explicadas na página 9, (figura 3, 4 e 5).

9. Seguridade e Saúde

Para efectuar o manutenção, uma reparação ou limpeza, des-conecte previamente a equipe da red elétrica (RCA).Manter a zona de trabalho limpa durante o trabalho.Utilize luvas ao manipular o produto (ver recomendações do fabricante) e ao limpar a máquina rotativa.A máquina em si mesma não propícia nenhum risco mecânico de perfurações, impactos o despontadas, salvo os derivados de instalações indevidas ou manipulações incorretas (sem o car-tucho de agulha).Durante o trabalho e através da máquina rotativa, não se transmitem vibrações a parte do corpo usuário e as forças de reação é mínima.A utilização ou manipulação da máquina, exigi uma atenção adecuada, para evitar que se produzem a mesma deterioração ou tatuagem não desejadas etc. Não se deve utilizar-se si as capacidades mentais, perceptivas e de reação estiverem alte-radas a causa de substâncias (álcool, drogas, medicamentos, etc..), assim como fruto do cansaço ou por qualquer motivo.

A máquina rotativa está preparada para seu uso de temperatu-ra ambiente. En geral, toda manipulação da máquina deve rea-lizar tendo a precaução de não desgastarla. Os O-rings ( juntas tóricas) de união devem estar bem ajustadas e em bom estado de uso. Em caso contrário devem substituir por uns do mesmo diâmetro e grosso (10x2.5mm e 12,42x 1.78mm). O incumprimen-to das indicações do presente manual pode ocasionar o desgas-te prematuro da máquina.Respeite cumpra as instruções relativas da preservação do meio ambiente.Para possíveis consultas, sempre pode disponer das fichas de segurança dos produtos a aplicar e os líquidos de limpeza.

10. Observação

Generará uma ótima qualidade de acabado, seguindo as ins-truções do presente manual. Si tiver alguma dúvida ao respei-to, contacta com o serviço técnico ARTDRIVER.A utilização de disolventes ou detergentes que contenham hidrocarburos halógena dos (tricloretano, cloruro de metilo, etc..), pode originar reações químicas na equipe, assim como seus componentes galvanizados (o tricloretano misturado com pequenas quantidades de água produce ácido clorídrico). Devido a eles, tal componentes podem oxidarse. Recomenda-mos que utilizem produtos que não contenham os componen-tes mencionado. Em nenhum caso se devem utilizar ácidos, Sosa (álcalis, o decapantes, etc..) para sua limpeza.

11. Condições de Garantía

Este aparato foi fabricado com rigurosa precisão, sendo some-tido a numerosos controles antes da sua saída de fábrica.A GARANTÍA otorgada é de 2 anos, a partir da sua data de compra, que será indicada pelo estabelecimento vendedor em seu lugar autorizado ao respeito, junto com sua aprovação. Uma vez adquirido a equipe, preenchido a garantia e enviada ao fabricante para sua validação.Esta GARANTÍA não apoia os compromissos adquiridos com qualquer pessoa alheio a nosso serviço técnico.

12. Diagnóstico de falho

· O motor não funciona.· A agulha não sai no grip.· Casquilho B ficou enroscado dentro do grip.· Ruído anormales nos mecanismos internos.· Expulsão espontânea do cartucho (agulha).

Dieses Handbuch wurde speziell für den Endverbraucher des Arti-kels Alpha Pen® entwickelt und designet. Der gesamte Inhalt ist auf eine korrekte Anwendung und Wartung des Geräts ausgerichtet. Bei jeder falschen Verwendung oder Veränderung des Geräts sowie der Ver-wendung von Bestandteilen oder Elementen, die nicht vom Hersteller geliefert wurden, erlischt die Garantie des Geräts. Lesen Sie bitte alle in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beschriebenen Hinweise sorgfältig durch, bevor Sie das Gerät in Betrieb nehmen.Bewahren Sie dieses Handbuch an einem sicheren Ort auf, der von allen eventuellen Benutzern der ALPHA PEN®-Rotationsmaschine zugänglich ist.Das Gerät ist nur von geschultem Personal in Betrieb zu nehmen und ausschließlich für die vorgesehenen Verwendungszwecke: Tä-towiertechniken und Mikropigmentierung.Bei ARTDRIVER®, den Logos von ARTDRIVER® und weiteren in die-sem Handbuch genannten Produkten von ARTDRIVER® handelt es sich um ein eingetragene Warenzeichen bzw. NIEMALS DIE EMPFOHLENE SPANNUNG VON 9,5 VOLT ÜBERSCHREITENEs ist wichtig sicherzustellen, dass die Innenbuchse B fest mit der Innenbuch-se A verschraubt ist, dafür ist der im Lieferumfang enthaltene Maulschlüssel ARTDRIVER® zu verwenden. Das Gerät darf nur für den dafür gedachten Verwendungszweck benutzt werden. Niemals für andere als die empfohlenen und angegebenen Zwecke verwenden.• Gegen Herunterfallen und Stöße sichern • Die elektrischen Teile des Geräts (Motoreinheit Nr. 2) NICHT in Flüssigkeiten oder andere Substanzen tauchen.• NICHT zu viel Öl verwenden, damit dieses nicht in den Motor gelangt.• Die hintere Abdeckung der Innenbuchse NICHT abbauen, siehe Abb. 0.Es wird davon abgeraten, weder die Abdeckung noch andere Elemente der In-nenbuchse abzubauen. Die Verwendung von hochaggressiven chemischen Produkten erhöht den Wartungs- und Ersatzteilbedarf deutlich. Wenn Sie besondere Reinigungs-produkte verwenden müssen, lassen Sie sich bitte von ARTDRIVER TAT-TOO MACHINES beraten.· Lesen Sie bitte sorgfältig alle Sicherheitsdaten, -Anweisungen und –Maß-nahmen durch, die vom Hersteller der von Ihnen verwendeten Produkte angegeben werden (Nadeln, Pigmente etc.), und wenden Sie diese an, denn andernfalls könnten ein vorzeitiger Verschleiß des Gerätes verursacht wer-den (siehe Abschnitt Sicherheit und Gesundheit).

6. Nützliche Hinweise

Es wird empfohlen, den internen Mechanismus des Geräts immer gut ges-chmiert zu halten, um den Verschleiß auf ein Minimum zu reduzieren und eine maximale Lebensdauer des Geräts zu erzielen

Seien Sie vorsichtig beim Anziehen der Inbusschrauben, um diese nicht zu überdrehen oder ihr Gewinde zu beschädigen.

7. Funktionsbeschreibung des Geräts

Die ALPHA PEN®- Maschine eignet sich für die Anwendung sämtlicher Tätowiertechniken (Linien, Schattierungen, Farbe etc.), die gewöhnlich im Bereich der Tätowierung und Dermo-Ästhetik verwendet werden.Versichern Sie sich zuerst, dass die beweglichen internen Teile (festes Stäb-chen, bewegliches Stäbchen, Twist-bar®) geschmiert sind. Dafür ist lediglich der Griff abzuschrauben. Mit dem mitgelieferten Schmierölfläschchen kön-nen sie dann durch die beiden Fenster, mit dem die Verbindungshülse und die Innenbuchse A versehen sind, geölt werden (die beweglichen Teile des Geräts sind auf den Abbildungen 1 bis 4 zu sehen).Die Patrone in die Grifföffnung einsetzen, wobei auf die auf der Oberfläche des Griffs eingravierten Schlösser zu achten ist (geöffnet / geschlossen). Von rechts nach links schließen, eine Vierteldrehung vornehmen, bis nicht wei-ter gedreht werden kann, und, indem Sie an der Patrone ziehen, überprüfen, dass sie sich nicht herausziehen lässt und vollkommen fest sitzt, siehe Abb. 6.1, 6.2 und 6.3.

Das Stromversorgungskabel vom Netzteil an der RCA-Buchse anschließen, die sich am oberen Bereich des ALHPA-PENS befindet.Das Hilfspedal drücken oder den Schalter des Netzteils betätigen und ab 4 Volt regulieren, bis die gewünschte Betriebsspannung erreicht ist, ohne dabei die empfohlenen 9,5 Volt zu überschreiten.

8. Inbetriebnahme und Wartung

Um am Gerät eine Wartungsarbeit, Reparatur oder Reinigung vorzune-hmen, ist es zuerst vom Stromnetz zu nehmen.Bei der Wartung und Reinigung des Geräts dürfen weder große Kraf-tanstrengungen aufgebracht noch ungeeignetes Werkzeug verwendet werden. Einige Reparaturen müssen mit Spezialwerkzeug durchge-führt werden. In diesem Fall setzen Sie sich bitte mit dem Kundenservice von ART-DRIVER® in Verbindung. Bei einer Handhabung des Produktes durch unbefugtes Personal erlischt die Garantie. Eine regelmäßige Überprüfung des Gerätes ist unerlässlich, um den Zustand seiner Bauteile zu prüfen und diese zu ersetzen, falls sie nicht mehr einwandfrei sind. UM EIN BESTMÖGLICHES ERGEBNIS ZU ERZIELEN, SIND STETS ORIGINALERSATZTEILE ZU VERWENDEN. SIE GARANTIEREN AUSWECHSELBARKEIT, SICHERHEIT UND EINE EINWANDFREIE FUNKTIONSWEISE.

Funktionsbeschreibung des Geräts.Es wird empfohlen, den internen Mechanismus ca. alle 20/30 Betriebss-tunden zu schmieren. Wenn Sie den Griff abschrauben, indem Sie ihn von rechts nach links drehen, ist die mit zwei Fenstern versehene Innenbuchse zu sehen, wie auf (Abb.1) dargestellt.

Wenn der Griff abgeschraubt ist, können die internen Mechanismen mit dem in der Verpackung mitgelieferten Ölfläschchen geölt werden. Dabei sind einige Tropfen genau auf die zwei Stäbchen des internen Mechanismus, das bewegliche und das feste Stäbchen, aufzutragen, wie in der Abb. 2 zu sehen ist. Anschließend das überschüssige Öl mit Hilfe eines Lappens oder eines Wattestäbchens entfernen. Falls das mitgelieferte Öl aufgebraucht ist, kann irgendein spezielles Schmieröl verwendet werden, z.B. das für Nähmaschinen.

Wenn die Schmierung dieser Mechanismen abgeschlossen ist, muss das Twist-bar® leicht geölt werden. Dazu wird die Buchse B mit Hilfe des speziellen, im Lieferumfang enthaltenen Maulschlüssels abges-chraubt, wie in der folgenden Abbildung (Abb. 3) zu erkennen ist.

Sobald die Buchse B abgenommen wurde, ist das in der Mitte herausstehen-de Twist-bar® zu sehen (Abb. 4). Das Twist-bar® kann für eine bessere Sch-mierung herausgenommen oder durch ein Stäbchen einer anderen Härte ersetzt werden. Dafür muss es lediglich herausgeschraubt werden (Abb. 5).

Anschließend wird das Stäbchen mit ein bisschen Öl ringsum gesch-miert (einige Tropfen), siehe folgende Abbildung (Abb. 6). Falls zu viel Öl aufgetragen wurde, ist dieses zu entfernen bzw. zu reinigen, bis nur noch das Twist-bar® geschmiert ist und kein überschüssiges Öl aufweist. Wenn die Schmierung abgeschlossen ist, die Buchse A wieder fests-chrauben. Es ist sehr wichtig, dass die Buchse mit dem mitgelieferten Maulschlüssel fest angezogen wird.

Wie wird die Patrone in den Griff eingesetzt oder ausgetauscht?

Die Düse ist mit spezifischen Rillen versehen, um die Einfügung und Einstellung der Patrone zu erleichtern. Die Patrone in der richtigen Position einsetzen, siehe Abb. 6.1.

Vollständig einführen und eine Vierteldrehung vornehmen, bis sie sich nicht weiter drehen lässt und vollkommen fest sitzt, wie auf den fol-genden Abbildungen 6.2 und 6.3 zu erkennen ist.

Wie wird der Nadelhub von 3mm auf 3,8mm erhöht?

HINWEIS: Der Vorgang für das Auswechseln der unterschiedlichen Exzenter ist für beide Einheiten derselbe.Um die beiden Exzentereinheiten voneinander unterscheiden zu kön-nen, ist darauf zu achten, dass der 3,8mm Exzenter auf eine Seite mit einem eingravierten Punkt versehen ist.Um die Einheit auszutauschen, muss die Verbindungshülse, die die bei-den einzelnen Maschinenteile (A und B) miteinander verbindet, lediglich gedreht werden. Den Teil A fest in einer Hand halten und mit der ande-ren Hand den Teil B von rechts nach links schrauben, bis die Maschine in zwei Teile fällt (Abb. 7).

Wenn die beiden Teile getrennt sind, ist die Exzentereinheit, wie auf Abbildung 8 dargestellt, zu sehen.

Um die Einheit auszuwechseln, muss die Stiftschraube, mit der die Exzentereinheit an der Motorachse befestigt wird, mit dem im Lie-ferumfang enthaltenen 1,5 Inbusschlüssel gelockert werden, wie auf der Abb. 9 dargestellt.

Sobald die Schraube gelockert ist, die Einheit herausnehmen und durch die andere, die die gleiche Form aufweist, ersetzen, wie auf der Abb. 10 dargestellt. Beim Austausch der Exzentereinheit ist es sehr wichtig, dass die Rille und das beweglichen Stäbchen richtig ausgerichtet sind. Dafür ist die Innenbuchse der Verbindungshülse, „Bauteil 4“ herauszunehmen, indem die Stiftschrauben mit Hilfe des mitgelieferten 1,5 Inbusschlüssel gelockert werden und die Buchse herausgenommen wird. Anschließend wird die Innenbuchse wieder eingesetzt und so ausgerichtet, dass die Exzentereinheit und das bewegliche Stäbchen übereinstimmen. Der ge-samte Vorgang ist auf den Abb. 11, 12 und 13 dargestellt.

WARNUNG!Wenn Sie den Griff abschrauben möchten, kann es passieren dass die Buchse B im Griff stecken bleibt, wenn diese vorher nicht richtig an der anderen Buchse festgeschraubt war. In diesem Fall müssen Sie die Buchse mit Hilfe des Maulschlüssels herausschrauben, indem Sie den hinteren Teil des Schlüssels in der Rille an der Rückseite der Buchse ansetzen, wie auf der Abb. 14 zu sehen ist.

Wie wird das Twist-bar® durch ein Stäbchen einer anderen Härte ersetzt?Es gibt drei verschiedene Härten, fest, mittel und weich. Die drei vers-chiedenen Twist-bars sind im Lieferumfang enthalten und unterschei-den sich voneinander, wie in der folgenden Abb. 15 zu sehen ist.

Zum Auswechseln der Stäbchen verschiedener Härten sind lediglich die auf der Seite 9, Abbildungen 3, 4 und 5 erklärten Anweisungen zu befolgen.

9. Sicherheit und Gesundheit

Um am Gerät eine Wartungsarbeit, Reparatur oder Reinigung vorzunehmen, ist es zuerst vom Stromnetz (RCA) zu nehmen.Den Arbeitsbereich während der Arbeit sauber halten. Tragen Sie Handschuhe bei der Handhabung des Produktes (sie-he Empfehlungen des Herstellers) und der Reinigung der Rota-tionsmaschine. Die Maschine an sich stellt keinerlei mechanis-che Gefahr, wie Perforationen, Stöße oder Einklemmungen dar, es sei denn aufgrund von einer unsachgemäßen Anlage oder einer inkorrekten Handhabung (ohne Nadelpatrone). Während der Arbeit werden von der Rotationsmaschine keine Vibrationen auf Körperteile des Benutzers übertragen und die Reaktionskraft ist minimal.

Für die Benutzung oder Handhabung der Maschine ist eine an-gemessene Aufmerksamkeit erforderlich, um zu vermeiden, dass die Maschine Schaden nimmt oder unerwünschte Tätowierun-gen entstehen, etc. Die Maschine darf nicht benutzt werden, wenn die geistigen Fähigkeiten, die Wahrnehmung und die Reak-tionsfähigkeit durch die Einnahme von Substanzen (Alkohol, Drogen, Medikamente, etc.) sowie aufgrund von Müdigkeit oder aus jedem anderen Grund beeinträchtigt sind. Die Rotations-

maschine ist für eine Benutzung bei Raumtemperatur gedacht. Allgemein ist bei jeder Handhabung der Maschine darauf zu ach-ten, dass sie nicht beschädigt wird. Die O-Ringe (Dichtringe) müssen richtig angepasst sein und sich in einem guten Zustand befinden. Andernfalls müssen sie durch einen Dichtring mit gleichem Durchmesser und Dicke (10 x 2.5mm und 12,42 x 1.78mm) ausgetauscht werden. Ein Ni-chteinhalten der in dem vorliegenden Handbuch aufgeführten Anweisungen kann zu einem vorzeitigen Verschleiß der Maschi-ne führen. Beachten und befolgen Sie die Anweisungen bezüglich des Umweltschutzes. Bei eventuellen Nachfragen sollten Sie die Sicherheitsdatenblä-tter der zu verwendenden Produkte und der Reinigungsflüssi-gkeiten zur Hand haben.

10. Anmerkungen

Wenn Sie die im vorliegenden Handbuch enthaltenen Anwei-sungen einhalten, können Sie qualitativ hochwertige Ergebnis-se erzielen. Bei Fragen setzen Sie sich bitte mit dem technischen Service von ARTDRIVER® in Verbindung. Bei der Verwendung von Lösungs- und/oder Reinigungsmitteln, die Halogenwassers-toffe (Trichlorethan, Methylchlorid, etc.) enthalten, können che-mische Reaktionen am Gerät sowie an den vezinkten Bauteilen hervorgerufen werden (wird Trichlorethan mit kleinen Mengen Wasser vermischt, entsteht Chlorwasserstoffsäure). Aus diesem Grund kann es an den Bauteilen zu Verrostungen kommen. Wir empfehlen, Produkte zu verwenden, die die ge-nannten Substanzen nicht enthalten. Bei der Reinigung dür-fen auf keinen Fall Säuren, Soda (Laugen oder Beizmittel, etc.) verwendet werden.

11. Garantiebedingungen

Dieses Gerät wurde mit rigoroser Präzision gefertigt und vor Verlassen der Fabrik zahlreichen Kontrollen unterzogen. Die GARANTIE beträgt 2 Jahre ab dem Kaufdatum, das vom Ver-käufer an der dafür vorgesehenen Stelle zusammen mit seinem

Stempel angegeben wird. Sobald Sie das Gerät erworben haben, füllen Sie bitte das Garantieformular aus und senden Sie es zur Validierung an den Hersteller Die GARANTIE deckt jeden Fabrikationsfehler, der für den Käu-fer kostenfrei behoben wird. Ausdrücklich von der Garantie ausgeschlossen sind jedoch alle Schäden, die durch eine unsach-gemäße Nutzung des Geräts hervorgerufen werden, wie durch falsche Anschlüsse, Überspannungen am Motor, Bruch durch Herunterfallen o. Ä., anormaler Verschleiß der Bauteile, und allgemein jeder Mangel, der nicht auf einen Herstellungsfehler zurückzuführen ist. Ferner erlischt die GARANTIE, wenn fest-gestellt wird, dass das Gerät von Personen gehandhabt wurde, die nicht zu unserem technischen Kundendienst gehören. Diese GARANTIE deckt keine Verpflichtungen, die mit Personen eingegangen wurden, die nicht zu unserem technischen Kunden-dienst gehören. Tritt ein Schadensfall während des Garantiezeitraums ein, legen Sie dem Gerät bitte den ordnungsgemäß ausgefüllten Garanties-chein bei und geben Sie es beim Verkaufspunkt ab, wo es erwor-ben wurde, oder setzen Sie sich mit ARTDRIVER® in Verbindung. Ausgeschlossen ist jede Forderung größerer Tragweite gegen den Lieferanten, insbesondere Schadensersatzforderungen. Dies gilt gleichermaßen für Schäden, die bei der Beratung, beim Üben und bei der Vorführung entstehen. Die Garantieleistungen bringen keine Verlängerung der Garan-tiezeit mit sich. Questo manuale è stato concepito e creato appositamente per l’utente finale dell’articolo Alpha Pen®; tutto ciò che viene descritto nello stesso è orientato al corretto uso e manutenzione della mac-china. L’uso indebito, alterazione della stessa e/o dei suoi componen-ti o di altri pezzi o elementi non forniti con la stessa, annullano la garanzia della macchina.

Prima di mettere in funzionamento il dispositivo, leggere attenta-mente tutte le indicazioni che appaiono nel presente manuale.Bisognerà conservarlo in un luogo sicuro e accessibile a tutti i possi-bili utenti della macchinetta rotativa ALPHA PEN®.

2. Introduzione

La macchinetta tipo PEN che avete acquistato appartiene alla fami-glia di macchinette da tatuaggio e micropigmentazione caratteriz-zata da una notevole qualità di finitura e, al tempo stesso, un basso livello di contaminazione.

5. Avvertenze

NON SUPERARE MAI LA TENSIONE CONSIGLIATA DI 9,5 VOLTÈ importante assicurarsi che la boccola interna B sia ben avvitata e stre-tta con l’A; per farlo utilizzare la chiave fissa ARTDRIVER® inclusa nella scatola. Utilizzare sempre il dispositivo per l’unico scopo per cui è stato concepito: tatuaggio e micropigmentazione. Non utilizzarlo mai per altri scopi che non siano quelli consigliati e indicati.• Evitare cadute e colpi • NON immergere le parti elettriche del dispositivo (insieme motore N. 2) in liquidi o altri fluidi.• NON fornire una quantità eccessiva di olio affinché non giunga al mo-tore.• NON smontare il coperchio posteriore della boccola interna, vedi figura 0.Non si consiglia di smontare il coperchio della boccola interna, né alcun

Pulire le superfici esterne della macchina con un prodotto per la pulizia NON CORROSIVO, pulire anche i grassi residui provenienti dal montaggio, solo all’esterno, dato che

il meccanismo deve essere sempre lubrificato. · Assicurarsi che i prodotti da applicare siano chimicamente compatibili con i componenti del dispositivo con cui entra in contatto (Alluminio, Ac-ciaio Inossidabile, Acetale e Gomma). · La macchinetta è stata concepita per una lunga vita utile, compatibile con accessori e prodotti di consumo standard (solo con sistema ad ago a cartuccia). L’uso con prodotti chimici altamente aggressivi, aumenta rapi-damente la necessità di manutenzione e ricambi. Nel caso in cui sia ne-cessario applicare dei prodotti speciali, consultare ARTDRIVER TATTOO MACHINES.· Leggere e applicare attentamente tutti i dati, le istruzioni e le misure di sicurezza indicati dal fabbricante dei prodotti che si utilizzeranno (aghi, pigmenti, ecc.), dal momento che possono causare guasti prematuri (vedi capitolo relativo alla Sicurezza e Salute).

6. Consigli utili

Si consiglia di utilizzare sempre la macchinetta con il suo meccanismo in-terno lubrificato per ridurre al minimo l’usura e ottenere la massima dura-ta utile dello stesso.

Fare attenzione quando si stringono le viti a brugola per evitare di rovina-re la filettatura.

7. Descrizione funzionale del dispositivo

La Macchinetta ALPHA PEN® serve per applicare ogni genere di tecniche del tatuaggio (Linee, ombra, colore, ecc.), utilizzate abitualmente nel setto-re del tatuaggio e della dermo-estetica.In primo luogo assicurarsi di aver lubrificato le parti mobili interne (barra fissa, barra mobile e Twist-bar®); per accedervi basta svitare il grip e lubrifi-carle con il contenitore di olio lubrificante incluso, attraverso le due fines-tre di accesso che hanno il vaso di unione e la boccola interna A (si possono vedere le parti mobili del dispositivo nelle figure 1 e 4).Collocare la cartuccia nel foro del grip prestando attenzione all’incisione dei lucchetti sulla superficie dello stesso (aperto / chiuso). Chiudere da destra a sinistra, un quarto di giro fino a quando non gira più, e verificare tirando verso l’esterno che la cartuccia non esca e rimanga ben salda, vedi figure 6.1, 6.2 e 6.3. Collegare il cavo di corrente dalla fonte di alimentazione all’entrata RCA femmina che ha la ALHPA PEN nella parte superiore della stessa.Premere il pedale ausiliare oppure l’interruttore della fonte di alimentazio-ne e regolare a partire da 4 volt, fino a raggiungere il voltaggio desiderato di funzionamento, senza superare i 9,5 volt consigliati.

8. Accensione e manutenzione

Per effettuare la manutenzione, una riparazione o pulizia, scollegare prima il dispositivo dalla rete elettricaNon bisogna fare grandi sforzi, né utilizzare strumenti inadeguati per la manutenzione e pulizia del dispositivo. Alcune riparazioni si devono effettuare a volte con strumenti speciali.

In questo caso ci si dovrà mettere in contatto con il Servizio di assisten-za al cliente di ARTDRIVER®. La manipolazione del prodotto da parte di personale non autorizzato estingue la garanzia dello stesso. È imprescindibile effettuare una revisione periodica del dispositivo per verificare lo stato dei suoi componenti e sostituirli quando non sono in perfette condizioni. PER OTTENERE IL MIGLIOR RISULTATO POSSIBILE USARE SEM-PRE PEZZI DI RICAMBIO ORIGINALI. ASSICURANO UNA TOTALE INTERCAMBIABILITÀ, SICUREZZA E FUNZIONAMENTO PERFETTI.

Come lubrificare i meccanismi interni.

Si consiglia di lubrificare i meccanismi interni ogni 20/30 ore d’uso circa. Svitare il grip girando da destra verso sinistra, fino a quando esce; a quel punto si può vedere la boccola interna con due finestre, come in-dicato nella (figura 1).

Una volta estratto il grip, procedere alla lubrificazione dei meccanismi interni con il contenitore di olio fornito nella scatola; bisogna versare delle gocce in particolare sulle due barre del meccanismo interno, la ba-rra mobile e quella fissa, come si può osservare nella figura 2. “Togliere successivamente l’olio in eccesso usando un panno o un cot-ton fioc”Nel caso in cui si finisca l’olio fornito, sarà possibile utilizzare qualche tipo di olio lubrificante speciale, come ad esempio quello per le macchi-ne da cucire.

Una volta conclusa la lubrificazione di questi meccanismi bisogna lubrificare leggermente la Twist-bar®. Svitare la boccola B con l’aiuto della chiave fissa apposita fornita nella scatola, come si può vedere ne-ll’immagine successiva (figura 3).

Una volta tolta la boccola B si potrà vedere al centro come sporge la Twist-bar® (figura 4); se si desidera si può smontare per una migliore lubrificazione o sostituire la Twist-bar® con un altro tipo di durezza, basta svitarla ed es-trarla (figura 5).

Quindi, lubrificare con un po’ d’olio intorno allo stesso (qualche goccia). Nell’immagine successiva lo si può vedere (figura 6).

Se è stata applicata una quantità eccessiva di olio eliminarla e pulire fino a quando rimane solamente lubrificata la Twist-bar®, senza eccesso d’olio. Una volta lubrificato avvitare di nuovo la boccola A, è molto impor-tante stringerla bene con la chiave fissa fornita.

Come inserire o sostituire la cartuccia nel grip.

Per agevolare l’inserimento e la regolazione della cartuccia, l’ugello è dotato di una serie di scanalature specifiche. Collocare la cartuccia nella posizione indicata, come si vede nel disegno della figura 6.1

Inserirlo fino in fondo e realizzare un quarto di rotazione, fino a quan-do non gira più e rimane completamente fisso, come indicato qui di seguito nelle figure 6.2 e 6.3.

Come cambiare la corsa da 3 mm a 3,8 mm.

NOTA: Il processo di sostituzione dell’insieme eccentrico nelle due misu-re possibili è lo stesso per entrambi.Per differenziare l’insieme eccentrico di 3,8 mm dall’insieme eccentrico di 3 mm, si osserva che l’insieme eccentrico di 3,8 mm ha un punto inciso su uno dei suoi lati.

Per cambiare l’insieme, basta solo ruotare il vaso di unione che unisce la macchina in due parti separate (A e B). Tenere forte con la mano dalla parte A e svitare con l’altra mano la parte B da destra a sinistra fino a quando la macchina si divide in due metà (figura 7).

Una volta separate le due parti si può vedere l’insieme eccentrico come viene visualizzato nella (figura 8).

Per sostituire l’insieme dovremo usare la chiave a brugola da 1,5 for-nita nella scatola e allentare la vite prigioniera con cui si fissa l’insie-me eccentrico all’asse del motore, come si vede nella figura 9.

Una volta allentato togliere l’insieme e sostituirlo con l’altro nello stes-so modo, come si vede qui di seguito nella figura 10. È molto importante che quando si sostituisce l’insieme eccentrico la scanalatura sia comple-tamente allineata alla barra mobile per una collocazione corretta; per farlo dovremo estrarre la boccola interna del vaso di unione “pezzo n. 4” allentando le due viti prigioniere ed estraendo la boccola con l’aiuto della chiave a brugola da 1,5 fornita; posizionare nuovamente la boccola interna e collocarla in modo che siano allineati correttamente l’insieme eccentrico e la barra mobile. Tutto questo processo viene mostrato nelle figure 11, 12 e 13.

AVVERTENZA!Nel caso in cui si dovesse svitare il grip, se non è stata stretta forte la boccola B può rimanere avvitata all’interno della stessa; per questo bisognerà utilizzare la chiave fissa e svitarla inserendo la parte poste-riore della chiave nella fessura che si trova nella parte posteriore della boccola, come indicato qui di seguito nella figura 14.

Come sostituire il Twist-bar® con un altro tipo di durezza.Esistono tre tipi di durezze: durezza fissa, durezza media e durezza morbida. I tre tipi di twist-bar vengono forniti nella scatola e si distin-guono come si può vedere nella seguente immagine, figura 15.

Per cambiare i tipi di durezza basta seguire le indicazioni spiegate a pa-gina 9, figure 3, 4 e 5.

9. Sicurezza e Salute

Per effettuare la manutenzione, una riparazione o la pulizia, sco-llegare prima il dispositivo dalla rete elettrica (RCA). Mantenere l’area di lavoro pulita durante l’attività Usare dei guanti per manipolare il prodotto (vedi raccomanda-zioni del fabbricante) e quando si pulisce la macchinetta rotativa. La macchinetta di per sé stessa non implica alcun rischio mecca-nico di perforazioni, impatti o schiacciamenti, salvo quelli dovuti a impianti realizzati in modo inadeguato o manipolazioni non corrette (senza la cartuccia a spillo). Durante il lavoro e attraverso la macchinetta rotativa, non si trasmettono vibrazioni a parti del corpo dell’utente e le forze di reazione sono minime. L’uso o manipolazione della macchina richiede un’attenzione adeguata, per evitare che si verifichino nello stesso un eventuale deterioramento o tatuaggi non desiderati, ecc. Non si deve utiliz-zare se le capacità mentali, percettive e reattive sono alternate a causa di sostanze (alcol, droghe, farmaci, ecc.), o per stanchezza o per qualsiasi altro motivo. La macchinetta rotativa è stata concepita per un uso a tempe-ratura ambiente. In generale, qualsiasi manipolazione della mac-china si deve effettuare facendo attenzione a non rovinarla. Gli o-ring (guarnizioni circolari) di unione devono essere bene in-

seriti e in buono stato d’uso. Altrimenti bisognerà sostituirli con altri dello stesso diametro e spessore (10 x 2,5 mm e 12,42 x 1,78 mm). Il mancato rispetto delle indicazioni del presente manuale può portare al deterioramento prematuro della macchina. Rispettare e seguire le indicazioni relative alla conservazione de-ll’ambiente. Per eventuali consultazioni bisogna avere sempre a disposizione le schede di sicurezza dei prodotti da applicare ed dei liquidi per la pulizia.

10. Osservazioni

Si otterrà una buona qualità di finitura seguendo le istruzioni del presente manuale. Se avete qualsiasi dubbio al riguardo, contat-tate il servizio di assistenza tecnica di ARTDRIVER®. L’uso di solventi e/o detergenti contenenti idrocarburi alogenati (Tricloretano, Cloruro di metile , ecc.), può causare reazioni chi-miche nel dispositivo, e inoltre nei suoi componenti zincati (il tricloroetano miscelato con piccole quantità d’acqua produce acido cloridrico). Per questo motivo, tali componenti si possono ossidare. Consigliamo di utilizzare prodotti che non contengono i componenti citati. Non bisogna utilizzare in nessun caso acidi, soda (alcali o decapanti, ecc.) per la pulizia.

11. Condizioni di garanzia

Questo dispositivo è stato fabbricato con notevole precisione, ed è stato sottoposto a numerosi controlli prima di uscire dalla fabbrica.La GARANTÍA concessa è di 2 anni, a partire dalla data di acquis-to, che verrà indicata dal venditore nel punto apposito, assieme al timbro dello stesso. Una volta acquistato il dispositivo, compilare la garanzia e spedirla al fabbricante per la relativa convalida. Questa GARANZIA copre qualsiasi difetto di fabbricazione, che verrà riparato senza alcun costo per l’acquirente. Sono espressa-mente esclusi, tuttavia, tutti i guasti dovuti ad un cattivo uso del dispositivo, come connessioni non corrette, sovratensioni del mo-tore, rottura per cadute o simili, usura anomala dei componenti e, in generale, qualsiasi deficienza non imputabile alla fabbrica-

zione del dispositivo. Inoltre, si perderà la GARANZIA nel caso in cui si dovesse constatare che il dispositivo è stato manipolato da persone estranee al nostro Servizio di Assistenza Tecnica. Questa GARANZIA non copre gli impegni acquisiti con qualsiasi persona estranea al nostro servizio di assistenza tecnica. In caso di guasto durante il periodo di garanzia, allegare al dispo-sitivo il certificato di garanzia debitamente compilato e conseg-narlo al distributore presso cui è stato acquistato, oppure metter-si in contatto con ARTDRIVER®. Si esclude qualsiasi esigenza di ulteriore trascendenza nei con-fronti del fornitore, nello specifico il risarcimento per danni e in-teressi. Ciò è analogamente applicabile ai danni eventualmente sorti durante la consulenza, l’acquisizione di pratica e la dimos-trazione. Le prestazioni per garanzia non hanno come conseguenza un prolungamento del periodo della stessa. Non si riparerà in garanzia nessun dispositivo di cui non appaia negli archivi di ARTDRIVER® il tagliando allegato del certificato di garanzia debitamente compilato. ЗАПРЕЩАЕТСЯ ПРЕВЫШАТЬ РЕКОМЕНДОВАННОЕ НАПРЯЖЕНИЕ В 9,5 ВОЛЬТ.Важно убедиться, что внутренняя втулка B хорошо завинчена и прижата к A. Для этого используйте гаечный ключ ARTDRIVER®, который находится в коробке. Аппарат следует использовать только для предназначенной цели: выполнения татуировки и микропигментации. Запрещается использовать его для других, отличных от указанных или рекомендованных целей.• Избегайте падений и ударов.• НЕ погружайте электрические части аппарата (блок двигателя № 2) в жидкости или другие текучие среды.• НЕ применяйте избыточное количество масла, чтобы оно не попало в двигатель.• НЕ снимайте заднюю крышку внутренней втулки, см. рисунок 0.Не рекомендуется снимать крышку внутренней втулки или любые внутренние элементы, этот процесс должен выполняться персоналом ARTDRIVER®.

· Перед включением, и особенно после каждой очистки и / или ремонта, следует убедиться, что все компоненты машины соединены должным образом.В случае обнаружения дефектных деталей обратитесь в сервисный центр ARTDRIVER® для их замены.· Машина удобна в обращении благодаря своей конструкции и простоте механизмов. Использование высокоактивных химических веществ увеличивает потребность в дополнительном обслуживании и замене запасных частей. 6. Полезные советы

Рекомендуется всегда использовать машину со смазанным внутренним механизмом для минимизации износа и достижения максимальной срока службы.Проявите особую осторожность при затягивании винтов с шестигранной головкой, чтобы не перетянуть или повредить резьбу.

7. Функциональное описание оборудования

Машина ALPHA PEN® применяется для нанесения татуировки любого вида (линии, тени, цвет и т.д.) с применением техники, используемой в дермоэстетике.Сначала убедитесь, что внутренние движущиеся части (фиксированный стержень, подвижный стержень и Twist-bar®) смазаны. Чтобы получить к ним доступ, просто отвинтите держатель и нанесите смазку из соответствующей упаковки через два отверстия в соединительном цилиндре и внутренней втулке А (см.подвижные части устройства на рисунках 1 и 4).Поместите картридж в отверстие держателя, обратив внимание на изображение замка на поверхности рукоятки (открыт / закрыт). Поверните до конца на четверть оборота в направлении справа налево. Для проверки закрепления картриджа потяните его на себя, см. рисунки 6.1, 6.2 и 6.3.

Подключите кабель питания к гнезду RCA, который имеет ALHPA PEN в верхней части блока питания.Нажмите вспомогательную педаль или переключатель питания и установите рабочее напряжение от 4 вольт до нужной величины, не превышая рекомендованные 9,5 вольт.

8. Включение и техническое обслуживание

Для проведения технического обслуживания, ремонта или очистки сначала отключите аппарат от сети.

Не применяйте чрезмерное усилие и не используйте ненадлежащие инструменты для обслуживания и очистки оборудования. Иногда для ремонта могут потребоваться специальные инструменты.

В этом случае вам следует обратиться в службу поддержки ARTDRIVER®. Манипуляции аппарата неавторизированным персоналом приведут к потере гарантии. Необходимо периодически проводить проверку оборудования и его компонентов и заменять их, если они находятся в ненадлежащем состоянии.

• Как проводить смазку внутренних механизмов.

Рекомендуется проводить смазку внутренних механизмов приблизительно после каждых 20-30 часов работы.Отвинтите держатель, поворачивая его справа налево, и извлеките. Вы увидите внутреннюю втул-ку с двумя отверстиями, как показано на рисунке 1.

После снятия держателя смажьте внутренние механизмы, используя упаковку смазки, которая находится в коробке. Следует налить несколько капель точно на два стержня внутреннего механизма (подвижный и неподвижный), как показано на рисунке 2.Затем следует удалить лишнее масло с помощью куска ткани или палочки с намотанной ватой.Когда смазка закончится, то можно использовать специальное смазочное масло, которое применяется, например, для швейных машин.

После завершения смазки этих механизмов следует слегка смазать Twist-bar®. Отвинтите втулку B с помощью специального ключа, который находится в коробке, как показано на следующем рисунке (рисунок 3).

После снятия втулки В в центре виден выступающий Twist-bar® (Рисунок 4). При необходимости его можно снять для лучшей смазки или заменить на стержень другой твердости. Для этого достаточно открутить и извлечь его (Рисунок 5).

Затем следует нанести немного масла вокруг него (несколько капель), как показано на следующем рисунке (Рисунок 6). При нанесении лишней смазки следует удалить избыток масла, чтобы смазанным остался только Twist-bar®. После смазки повторно затяните втулку A, при этом важно тщательно затянуть ее с помощью прилагаемого гаечного ключа.

Как вставлять или заменять картридж в держателе.

Для упрощения вставки и регулировки картриджа насадка снабжена специальными пазами.Поместите картридж в указанное положение, как показано на рисунке 6.1.

Введите его до конца и выполните четверть оборота, пока он не сможет больше поворачиваться и останется в зафиксированном положении, как показано ниже на рисунках 6.2 и 6.3.

Как изменить пробег с 3 до 3,8 мм.

ПРИМЕЧАНИЕ: Процесс замены эксцентрикового узла для обоих возможных размеров является одинаковым.Для отличия эксцентрикового узла размером 3,8 мм от эксцентрикового узла размером 3 мм, следует обратить внимание на точечную отметку на одной из сторон эксцентрикового узла 3,8 мм.

Для замены узла достаточно повернуть цилиндр, соединяющий отдельные детали машины (А и В). Удерживая одной рукой деталь A, другой рукой следует открутить деталь B в направлении справа налево, и разделить машину на две половины (Рисунок 7).

После разделения двух частей можно будет увидеть эксцентричный узел, как показано на рисунке 8.

Для замены узла используется ключ с шестигранной головкой размером 1,5, который находится в коробке. Следует ослабить установочный винт, который прикрепляет эксцентричный узел к оси двигателя, как показано на рисунке 9.

Ослабив крепление, снимите узел и замените его на другой, как ниже показано на рисунке 10. При замене эксцентричного узла очень важно проследить, чтобы паз было полностью выровнен по отношению к подвижному стрежню. Для этого следует извлечь внутреннюю втулку из соедини

тельного цилиндра «деталь №4», ослабив оба установочных винта с помощью ключа с шестигранной головкой размером 1,5. Затем установите внутреннюю втулку таким образом, чтобы эксцентричный узел и подвижный стержень были выровнены. Весь этот процесс показан на рисунках 11, 12 и 13.

ПРЕДУПРЕЖДЕНИЕ!

При отвинчивании не сильно затянутого держателя, втулка B может быть закручена внутри него. Следует отвинтить ее с помощью гаечного ключа, вставив заднюю часть ключа в паз на задней стороне втулки, как показано на рисунке 14.

Как заменить Twist-bar® на стержень другой твердости.

Существуют три вида твердости: фиксированная, средняя и мягкая. Все три типа twist-bar находятся в коробке, и внешнее различие показано на Рисунке 15.

Для замены стержней различной твердости следуйте инструкциям на странице 9, рисунки 3, 4 и 5.

9. Безопасность и гигиена труда

Для проведения технического обслуживания, ремонта или очистки сначала отключите аппарат от сети (RCA).

Поддерживайте чистоту в рабочей зоне.При работе с аппаратом и чистке ротационной машины надевайте перчатки (см. рекомендации производителя). Сама машина не предоставляет опасности перфорации, ударов или захватов, за исключением ситуаций, которые могут возникнуть из-за неправильной установки или обращения (без игольного картриджа).

Вибрация, возникающая во время работы ротационной машины, не передается на части тела пользователя, и сила реакции является минимальной. Использование или манипулирование машиной требует достаточного внимания, которе направлено на избежание ее износа, нанесения нежелательных татуировок и т. д. Не используйте машину, если ваши ментальные, перцептивные и реакционные способности изменены под воздействием каких-либо веществ (алкоголь, наркотики, лекарства и т. д.), из-за усталости или по любой другой причине. Ротационная машина предназначена для использования при комнатной температуре. При работе с машиной следует проявлять осторожность, чтобы не повредить ее. Уплотнительные кольца должны быть установлены соответствующим образом и находиться в хорошем состоянии. В противном случае их следует заменить на другие того же диаметра

и толщины (10 x 2,5 мм и 12,42 x 1,78 мм). Несоблюдение инструкций, представленных в этом руководстве, может привести к преждевременному износу машины. Соблюдайте инструкции по сохранению окружающей среды. Для возможных консультаций следует иметь паспорта безопасности применяемых продуктов и чистящих жидкостей.

10. Примечания

Следование инструкциям данного руководства гарантирует отличное качество выполняемых работ. Если у вас есть какие-либо вопросы, обратитесь в службу поддержки ARTDRIVER®. Использование растворителей и / или моющих средств, содержащих галогенированные углеводороды (трихлорэтан, метилхлорид и т. д.), может вызвать химические реакции в оборудовании, а также в его соединениях с цинком (трихлорэтан, при смешивании с небольшими количеством воды, производит соляную кислоту).

Из-за этого некоторые компоненты могут окислиться. Рекомендуем использовать продукты, которые не содержат вышеупомянутых компонентов. Ни в коем случае не следует использовать для очистки этих компонентов кислоты и соду (щелочи, средства для декапирования и т. д.).

11. Условия гарантии

Этот аппарат был изготовлен с выверенной точностью и подвергнут многочисленным проверкам перед его отправкой покупателю. Предоставляется ГАРАНТИЯ сроком на 2 года с даты покупки, которая будет указана продавцом в месте приобретения аппарата и скреплена печатью. После приобретения оборудования следует заполнить гарантийный лист и отправить его производителю для проверки.

Эта ГАРАНТИЯ покрывает любой дефект производства, с бесплатной заменой устройства. Исключением являются все неполадки, вызванные ненадлежащим использованием оборудования, таким как: неправильные соединения, перегрузка двигателя, поломки из-за падения или подобных действий, аномальный износ компонентов и любые другие дефекты, не связанные с производственным процессом. Кроме того, ГАРАНТИЯ будет аннулирована при обнаружении того, что прибор был манипулирован лицами, не принадлежащим нашей Службе технической поддержки. Эта ГАРАНТИЯ не поддерживает обязательств, взятых на себя лицами, не принадлежащими персоналу нашей технической

службы. В случае возникновения неполадок в течение гарантийного срока следует вернуть аппарат в торговую точку, где он был приобретен, с приложением заполненного надлежащим образом гарантийного талона, или обратиться в компанию ARTDRIVER®. Исключены любые требования, выдвинутые против поставщика, в частности, компенсация за ущерб. Это в равной степени относится к убыткам, возникающим во время консультации, приобретения практики и демонстрации. Срок гарантийных обязательств, как правило, не продлевается. Никакое устройство, которое не включено в архивы ARTDRI-VER®, не будет покрываться гарантией. Надлежащим образом заполненный гарантийный талон. Возможны технические изменения.
