MassagesBACK, NECK AND SHOULDER (JOD 35/30 min)Using ancient techniques focusing on the back, neck and shoulder areas, this traditional massage will free the mind from stress and awaken the senses.

AYURVEDA JOD 40/30 min)(Full body Shirodara-Ayurveda) (JOD 75/60 min)

A unique combination of traditional abhayanga therapy and shirodara to balance the “doshas” (energy centres) of the body and leave your mind and spirit at ease. The treatment begins with a full body massage using authentic Indian abhayanga-style massage and complete with warming oil, flowing onto the third eye, chakra (ajna), diffusing and melting stress and tension from one’s mind.

REFLEXOLOGY (JOD 40/30 min)An ancient Chinese technique using pressure point massage performed on the feet to bring balance and alleviate built-up toxins and stress.

HEAD ORIENTAL MASSAGE (JOD 35/30 min) This treatment is to boost one’s energy levels to relieve symptoms of anxiety, fatigue and depression. This head massage uses pressure point techniques that are also excellent for migraine and sinusitis.

THAI MASSAGE (JOD 90/70 min) Thai style massage involves stretching and pressure points along the Thai meridian line. Thai massage is usually performed on the floor, using the masseur’s hands, elbows, knees and feet to apply various pressures along the body. The client wears comfortable clothes that allow for movement. No oils are used in Thai massage. The flow of energy through the Thai meridian line within the body will promote perfect harmony and health – the ideal mind-body connection. Thai massage can relieve pain and muscle tension, improves circulation of blood and lymph, and create more flexibility.

RED SEA HARMONY (JOD 90/70 min)A Hawaiian treatment with an Arabian touch, it is designed to work inside and out by kneading, pressing and squeezing. It is a holistic-based healing tradition that transcends the simple massage.

HOT STONE MASSAGE (JOD 80/70 min) One stroke with a volcanic stone is equivalent to 10 strokes of the palm. These ancient stones are said to have magical healing power due to the minerals found in them. Using the hot stones also expands blood vessels, promoting blood circulation throughout the body. You will feel completely restored and relaxed.

MOTHER-TO BE (JOD 75/60 min)Massage therapy during pregnancy is a healthy way to reduce stress and promote overall wellness. Massage relieves many of the normal discomforts experienced during pregnancy, such as backache, stiff neck, leg cramp, headache and swelling, and can help relieve depression or anxiety caused by hormonal changes.

ANTI-CELLULITE MASSAGE (JOD 75/60 min)Cellulite massage is a natural, effective and pleasurable way to improve circulation and soften the fatty areas, including bulges and dimples on the hips, thighs, stomach and buttocks. Kneading and gently rubbing these areas soothes the tension in the muscles, improving blood flow and eventually reducing the appearance of cellulite.
