Pastry Chef

Our Pastry Chef Edwin Leow has a saccharine high passion for delectable desserts and intricate showpieces, a testament of his ‘sweet’ passion. Chef Edwin brings with him over ten years of experience from some of the finest hotels

in Singapore and has won several awards and accolades including the second runner-up prize at the recent Singapore Pastry Cup 2015 where he won the ‘Best Sugar Showpiece’ award. His sense of satisfaction derives from those who enjoy and appreciate his work of art, desserts.

Helming the culinary division at Mövenpick Heritage Hotel Sentosa, our Executive Chef Desmond Chan brings with him over 25 years of invaluable culinary expertise. His conspicuous passion for

cooking and strong leadership qualities have grown through his career in various luxury hospitality and hotel groups. With a keen passion for Western, Asian and Chinese cuisine, Executive Chef Desmond’s greatest sense of satisfaction comes from guests who appreciate and enjoy his culinary works.
