GENERAL NOTESGENERAL NOTESI am extremely disappointed with the condition of how the property was left by the tenant. All the room were left dirty was alot of markings to the walls and flooring. We would need to look at deducting monies from the tenants deposit for an end oftenancy clean and all the necessary works to help bring the flat back into a suitable letting condition.

Notes:Notes:Area has been left very dusty with a lot of markings to the walls, damage to the windowsill that can be easily rectified byre-glossing; water damage to the ceiling is noted above the front door from a leak that is apparently coming from the roofarea, will need a good clean; holes will need to be filled in the walls and all walls will need to be repainted; smoke detectorto area has been taken down by the tenant, the battery does keep beeping so it will need replacing.
