The aim we set ourselves forms our position as leader in technology for axial fans. To realise our aim, we collabo-rate with scientists from different areas in our on-going and in-house research and development programme. In our specialised development laboratory we test and develop the results of basic research for technical application. As a result of our work, state of the art methods and technolo-gies have been developed in the last years that stand for what is technically feasible.

With this programme, we test the results of basic research and realise ideas in form of new engineering solutions and technologies.

Body-borne noise is one of the greatest challenges in the construction of fans. Vibrations of the rotor are transmitted to the entire chassis which results in a multiple increase of resonance effects of the entire system.

With our multiframe technology we develop fans that absorb almost all the vibrations within the frame. The result of this special multiple part construction are fans that cause less body-borne noise than the sound emission caused by the air stream.

In classic fans the sound emission of the airstream is louder than the body-borne noise. Forming of vortexes in the airstream causes this. With a special form of rotor blade, Blacknoise Deutschland Bionic Fans dissolve these air vortexes. This results in fans that are not only much quieter in action (accord-ing to optimization) but they also require up to thirty per cent less energy.

There are fields of use where quiet fans are not quiet enough. With our development laboratory designed for deep sound devel-opment, we are able to optimize fans and air-based cooling systems within the limits of audibility. This is based on a psychoa-coustic analysis. Using design and selected materials, parts of the acoustic frequency spectrum are shifted into oscillation rang-es that cannot be perceived by or that are more pleasant for the human ear.

Ventilation and cooling form the basis of many tech-nological products and installations. With our product range of industrial fans we offer solutions for the ma-jority of uses.

Technology keeps developing. Every product and every installation is different. This is why we are con-tinuously searching for new solutions for ventilation and cooling systems. our leading know-how and our specialised development laboratory enable us to also develop solutions to unusual, more demanding or entirely new uses.

We also develop products with the following criteria: extremely noise sensitive areas, especially energy efficient demands, use in areas with especially high performance requirements

Nevertheless, it is not always necessary to develop a product from scratch. It is often sufficient to spe-cifically optimize individual components or parts to noticeably improve a product!

In engineering, it is common to fall back on pre-fabri-cated fans from the product range. Yet using standard products almost always requires compromises. This is why we developed the fan construction set system, a speciality in our field. This quick component manufac-ture enables a fast and cheap way to assemble truly optimal fans for the relevant task.

Are you familiar with this scenario: as soon as you only require small amounts, the supplier suddenly loses interest in you? We are truly making an effort to meet your needs! For our customers we have included a small amount manage-ment in our production processes. This is how we keep the prices down for the production of limited numbers. Services for spare parts and warranty are part of this process.
