Procedure:
1 Initially take total quantity water ,1,3 BG, DEDTA in manufacturing vessel & heat upto 70 – 75 deg C
2 In another beaker take Vegetable emulsifier, Squalane, marrix SF & heat it up to 70 – 75 deg C.
3 Then add Weigh WeylCare ATBS to the water phase to mixed well with contineous stirring.
4 Then add oil phase to water phase under continuos stirring to get an emulsion.
5 At 50 deg C, X 50 Hyalufiller, Trehalose & Preservative with stirring.
6 Finally add perfume with stirring & adjust the product pH 6 - 6.5

Key ingredients:
AA2G Stabilized ascorbic acid derivative produced from vitamin C & starch. It delivers healthier & younger looking skin for prolonged period. It is used as a skin lightening, brightening & anti-wrinkle agent in skin care products.
Vegetable Emulsifier O/W It is vegetable origin (PEG free) Emulsifying and long-lasting moisturizing effect. Easy skin penetration, non-greasy effect.
Bernel Ester TCC Bernel Ester TCC is a liquid emollient with a medium skin feel. Bernel Ester TCC is very waterproof and has excellent solubility in oils. It spreads evenly on the skin and is a great replacement for Jojoba Oil or Squalane.
Procedure:
1 Initially take total of quantity water & add 1,3 BG, DEDTA in manufacturing vessel & heat upto 70 – 75 deg.
2 In another beaker take cetyl alcohol, GMS, Non emulsifying wax, Sabowax FL 65 K, Escalol 557, Jojoba butter & heat It up to 70 – 75
deg C.
3 Weigh ultrathix P - 100 & add it to the water phase with slow & continous stirring.And neutralize it with TEA.
4 Then add phase 3 to phase 2 under continuos stirring to get an emulsion.
5 Add Tréhalose and Lubragel oil with stirring in it.
6 At 50 deg C, add Belsil DM 350, Belsil EG 2 (Mix together), Acromaxyl & Preservative with stirring.
7 At 30 deg C add AA2G, with constant stirring. (Take AA2G in a separate beaker with small qty of water & adjust the pH with TEA at
6.5 - 6.8)
8 Finally add perfume with stirring & adjust the product pH 6.5 - 6.8

ACHROMAXYL IS is a new, patented skin-lightening active ingredient for cosmetic products. It is composed

Product description
BELSIL® EG 2 elastomer gel is a cross-linked high molecular weight silicone swollen in cyclopentasiloxane . It is a transparent gel that functions as a thickener in formulations while delivering smooth applications. Under shear stress BELSIL® EG 2 thins and allows easy incorporation of cosmetic ingredients like pigments.
Special features and Key benefits
BELSIL® EG 2 is easy to distribute on skin and gives a nice, non-greasy, silky skin feel. Evaporation of the volatile silicones leaves a non-tacky film which improves the water resistance of formulations
Application
BELSIL® EG 2 is a non-emulsifying elastomer gel that is supplied as a 14% active solution in cyclopentasiloxane.

Processing
The viscosity may increase during storage, and agitation may be required before use if stored for an extended period of time. However the viscosity data
can vary significantly depending on how the product is stirred prior to measurement. WACKER recommends to thoroughly mix BELSIL® EG 2 before any viscosity measurement. If the product is stored for an extended period of time, it should be re-mixed prior to use.
Storage
The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons. The silicone product may deteriorate when it comes in contact with heat, light, acid, alkali. Seal the
container tightly and store in cool place away from heat and flame.

Procedure:
1 Initially take total of quantity water and add 1,3 BG, DEDTA in manufacturing vessel and heat upto 70 – 75 deg.
2 In another beaker take cetyl alcohol, GMS, Non emulsifying wax, Sabowax FL 65 K, Escalol 557, Jojoba butter and heat It up to 70 –
75 deg C.
3 Weigh ultrathix P - 100 and add it to the water phase with slow and continous stirring.And neutralize it with TEA.
4 Then add phase 3 to phase 2 under continuos stirring to get an emulsion.
5 Add Tréhalose and Lubragel oil with stirring in it.
6 At 50 deg C, add Belsil DM 350, Belsil EG 2 (Mix together), Golden C, Acromaxyl and Preservative with stirring.
7 At 30 deg C add AA2G, with constant stirring. (Take AA2G in a separate beaker with small qty of water and adjust the pH with TEA
at 6.5 - 6.8)
8 Finally add perfume with stirring and adjust the product pH 6.0 - 6.5

Application
BELSIL® EG 9 is a non-emulsifying elastomer gel that is supplied as approximately 12.5% active solution in cyclopentasiloxane.

How to use
Disperse the oil-phase into BELSIL® EG 9 using simple mixing. There is no need for post-shearing. BELSIL® EG 9 provides cyclopentasiloxane which has already been thickened and can provide a novel form of delivery for other formulation components. Thickening of formulations can be achieved using a cold process. For ease of use, its viscosity may be reduced by blending with Dimethicone or Cyclomethicone . BELSIL® EG 9 may be formulated with organic oils and silicone-based materials with the use of mixers and may be subjected to high shear devices such as homogenizers.
Storage
The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons. The silicone product may deteriorate when it comes in contact with heat, light, acid, alkali. Seal the container tightly and store in cool place away from heat and flame.

Procedure:
1 Take 2/3rd qty of water in a manufacturing vessel. Add WeylCare ATBS to it under constant stirring. Allow it to stir for 15 - 20 min until completely dissolve.
2 Then add trehalose in small qty of water & mix it in above with stirring.
3 Then add Lubragel oil, 1,3 BG, X 50 Photoglow, preservative, Color & Perfume stir to mix well.
4 Finally adjust the pH of product in the range of 6.0 - 6.5 by adding TEA.

Procedure:
1 Initially total quantity of water, D.ETDA in manufacturing vessel & stir it with continuous stirring.
2 In another beaker take Benecel E 10 M & Glycerine. Mix it properly & then add to main vessel with constant stirring until it gets
completely dissolve & lump free.
3 Then add stepanmild LSB, Amphosol CG to above with constant stirring.
4 Then add MG 60 & Stepanmild L 3 to above with stirring to mixed well.
5 Finally add Preservative, perfume, colour to above to mixed well.

Applications STEPAN-MILD LSB is a versatile anionic surfactant blend which can be used in a variety of personal care applications. It is a mild surfactant blend with good foam quality and viscosity building characteristics in formulated products. It is used for children and baby products as well as for adult products where sensitive skin is involved.
STEPAN-MILD LSB can be used as a mild primary or secondary surfactant. It is less irritating than lauryl and lauryl ether sulfates. STEPAN-MILD LSB easily builds high viscosity with amides and salts and provides excellent foam stability.
It is an exceptional hard water foamer, a highly effective lime soap dispersant and foams well in the presence of soap. STEPAN-MILD LSB should be formulated within the pH range of 5.5 - 6.5.

Procedure:
1 Initially take 2/3 quantity water ,1,3 BG, DEDTA in manufacturing vessel & heat upto 70 – 75 deg C
2 In another beaker take Sabowax AE, Rice butter, Wickenol 171, Squalane & heat it up to 70 – 75 deg C.
3 Weigh Ultrathix - 21 to the water phase to mixed well & add TEA in it with contineous stirring.
4 Then add oil phase to water phase under continuous stirring to get an emulsion.
5 At 50 deg C, add Belisl EG 9 & Belsil DM 350 (mix together) Activys Red out, Vital ET, Trehalose, Lubragel oil & preservative with
stirring.
6 Finally add perfume with stirring & adjust the product pH 6 - 6.5

BELSIL® EG 9 is a non-emulsifying elastomer gel that is supplied as approximately 12.5% active solution in cyclopentasiloxane.

How to use
Disperse the oil-phase into BELSIL® EG 9 using simple mixing. There is no need for post-shearing. BELSIL® EG 9 provides cyclopentasiloxane which has already been thickened and can provide a novel form of delivery for other formulation components. Thickening of formulations can be achieved using a cold process. For ease of use, its viscosity may be reduced by blending with Dimethicone or Cyclomethicone . BELSIL® EG 9 may be formulated with organic oils and silicone-based materials with the use of mixers and may be subjected to high shear devices such as homogenizers.
Storage
The "Best use before end date" of each batch is shown on the Certificate of Analysis. Storage beyond the date specified on the Certificate of Analysis does not necessarily mean that the product is no longer usable. In this case however, the properties required for the intended use must be checked for quality assurance reasons. The silicone product may deteriorate when it comes in contact with heat, light, acid, alkali. Seal the container tightly and store in cool place away from heat and flame.

ALPHA-STEP PC-48 is appropriate when formulating high foaming, high active personal care products such as body wash. This versatile surfactant also functions well in hard water, having favourable hard water tolerance and lime soap dispersing ability.
Procedure:
1 Take 2/3rd qty of water in a manufacturing vessel. Then add Bentonite with continous mixing.
2 Add Kaolin, Irishmoss with proper mixing in it.
3 Add pullulan in small quantity of water & pour It in above alongwith Trehalsoe, 1,3 BG & Preservative with mixing.
4 Finally add mild surfactant with slow stirring & adjust the final product pH.

DESCRIPTION
Fucus vesiculosus belongs to the brown alga family, and grows in
northern seas. This alga lives 50 % of the time out of the water and is
submerged the other half of the time. It is therefore subject to high
temperature and salinity variations.
PROPERTIES
In order to resist to these extreme conditions, it has been identified that Fucus vesiculosus produces
several interesting defense molecules such as : beta-carotene, a pigment from the carotenoid
family, and fucoidans, fibers responsible for the alga’s plasticity.
It has been demonstrated that fucoidans have antioxidant properties, and can be applied to
prevent skin ageing and cutaneous disorders [1] and [2].
Moreover, Fucus can contribute to skin elasticity improvement, feature that tends to decrease
with age [3].
Fucus vesiculosus is therefore an anti-ageing ally for skin care by fighting against cell ageing
induced by free radicals.
Thanks to its high alginate content, Fucus vesiculosus powder has natural thickening properties.
Fucus is a natural product, very well tolerated by the skin.

Applications ALPHA-STEP PC-48 is an anionic surfactant derived from oleochemicals and its hydrophobic chain distribution, which ranges from C12 to C18, allows for excellent detergency, foaming and mildness properties in a wide variety of household, industrial and personal care applications. PC-48 is appropriate when formulating high foaming, high active personal care products such as body wash. It has a very low viscosity response and is very good at clarifying formulas with high levels of electrolytes. This versatile surfactant also functions well in hard water, having favorable hard water tolerance and lime soap dispersing ability. Health Effects ALPHA-STEP PC-48 has an oral LD50 >5g/kg. The available toxicity data shows ALPHA-STEP PC-48, at full concentration, to be of low oral toxicity to mammals (rats) and moderate to slight toxicity to aquatic organisms. At full concentration, ALPHA-STEP PC-48 causes severe skin and eye irritation. However, at 10% active and 4 hour exposure time, ALPHA-STEP PC-48 is minimally irritating to skin. Repeated Application Soap Chamber test results show ALPHA-STEP PC-48 to be a similar cumulative skin irritant to Sodium Alcohol Ether Sulfate and less irritating than Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate and Sodium Lauryl Sulfate. Storage & Normal safety precautions (i.e., gloves and safety goggles) should be employed when handling ALPHA-STEP Handling PC-48. Contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided.
It is recommended that ALPHA-STEP PC-48 be stored in sealed containers. Store and handle in equipment normally used for detergents. Recommended storage temperature is 60-100°F (140-212°C). Material of construction of storage tank should be 316 stainless steel (or fiberglass with DION 382 liner). Transfer pumps should be Viking stainless steel (or other similar gear pump) with internal pressure relief capabilities. The tank and pump should be grounded. If frozen, mild heat and agitation are recommended to ensure material is homogenous before use. Keep product between pH of 4 and 9 or hydrolysis will occur.
Workplace Occupational exposure can occur primarily through skin contact or via inhalation of vapors and mists. Engineering Exposure controls, personal protective equipment, and other workplace practices should be used to control these exposures.

Stepanmild GCC The product is a Glyceryl Caprylate/Caprate made from 100% renewable carbon. It is used as a suspending agent in sugar scrub & also for other products applications.
Alpha Step PC 48 ALPHA-STEP PC-48 is appropriate when formulating high foaming, high active personal care products such as body wash. This versatile surfactant also functions well in hard water, having favourable hard water tolerance and lime soap dispersing ability.
Procedure:
1 In a suitable vessel equipped with heating and agitation, charge STEPAN-MILD® GCC and Shea Butter, mixing gently until melted.
2 Charge coconut oil and Fragrance with gentle agitation, using a mixer to homogenize.
3 Charge ALPHA-STEP® PC-48 and mix gently with a Jiffy mixer until a homogeneous, thin lamellar phase is obtained..
4 Add Sugar then apply mechanical stirring using a A-shaped blade paddle until the mixture thickens into a smooth paste.
5 Add deionized Water with continued mixing using an A-shaped blade paddle. Use of warm water will accelerate the process.

Health Effects LATHANOL LAL is moderately to slightly toxic orally (LD50 = 700 mg/kg). The product causes moderate skin
irritation at 70% concentration and minimal to no eye irritation at 3% concentration.
Storage & Normal safety precautions (i.e., safety goggles, dust mask and gloves) should be employed when handling Handling LATHANOL LAL. Contact with the eyes and prolonged contact with the skin should be avoided. Avoid inhaling
the dust. Wash thoroughly after handling material. LATHANOL LAL should be used in a well-ventilated area.
It is recommended that LATHANOL LAL be stored in sealed containers and kept in a cool, dry place to insure against agglomeration and any deterioration in color. Partly used drums should be promptly resealed with drum cover and accessory clamp after twisting and tying off the poly-bag liner. Prolonged storage above 90 °F (32 °C) should be avoided. Avoid overheating.
Standard Packaging: LATHANOL LAL is available in 55 gallon fiber open head, unlined drums (net weight for coarse: 200 lb./90.4 kg, for flake: 150 lb./67.8 kg, for powder: 250 lb./113 kg.

SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS:
Dermol DISM is a fruit ester made from natural malic acid and highly branched alcohol, which allows it to
exhibit an extremely low freeze point. The presence of the free hydroxyl group on the malic acid facilitates
spreadability on the skin and gives it emulsifiablity in some polar solvents. Dermol DISM is an odorless,
tasteless ester, imparts gloss, sheen and lubricity with a minimum oiliness. It is recommended as a good
binder for pigmented products and is an excellent additive for imparting gloss and sheen in make-ups and
lip products.
