European open access infrastructure – portal OpenAIRE
• The European Commission aggregates metadata of publications and of research datasets at the OpenAIRE portal (from framework programmes and from national research funding).
• This is used for monitoring of compliance with open access mandate in Horizon 2020 and can be used for monitoring by national funders.
• OpenAIRE portal is to become a Current Research Information System (CRIS) for the European Research Area (ERA).
