*In the time of the official training start gates will be operating. Stopping on course during official training is not permitted.
REGISTRATION: Each rider must register through specific registration form that you can download on this link: www.bmxraceljubljana.si Registration deadline is Wednesday, 15th August 2018. All forms must be submitted via email to [email protected] Riders with late entry or on-site registration will be charged additional 5 EUR. Permanent number plates are obligatory. Any rider without number plate should consult with organizer upon submitting the registration form.

STARTING FEE: 15 EUR (for U17, 17+) 10 EUR (all other categories) Additional 5 Euros for late entries.
STARTING FEE CAN ONLY BE PAYED BY BANK TRANSFER. Participation in the race can be cancelled until 12:00 on Friday, 17th of August 2018. Only
way to get start fee refunded is with proper medical documentation.
PRIZE FUND:
CATEGORY U17 (15 in 16 years) 1st place: Trophy + 125 € 2nd place: Trophy + 50 € 3rd place: Trophy + 25 €
CATEGORY 17+ (17 years and more) 1st place: Trophy + 500 € 2nd place: Trophy + 200 € 3rd place: Trophy + 100 € The prizes listed above are gross prizes. Race winners will have to provide details about their bank
accounts – prize money will be transferred in 30 days after the race. Tax payment will be deducted
from the gross amount and paid by the organizer. Racers will receive payment of NET amount.
It’s rider’s responsibility to send all information as soon as possible.

BASIC RULES: - Riders compete at their own risk and safety. - Sunday’s national championships and open race will be organized as one race. - Rides will be divided to Motos randomly by computer system. - All complaints have to be submitted to the racing committee in accordance with the rulebook of the Slovenian National Federation, up to 15 minutes after the results are published and wit paid deposit of 15 €. - Event organizers are not responsible for the consequences that the competitor causes to him or her self, other competitors or third persons. - Medical service is provided in the time of the official training and the race. - Organizers have a right to change any part of this this Race Info, and inform the riders through the website and social media channels.
