• Establish Broadband Convergence between rural and urban areas
• Create the necessary infrastructure and the appropriate commercial interest
• Deployment of a powerful and future-proof network infrastructure that will gradually support at least the 95% of the targeted population
• Enforce digital growth and development in rural areas
• Implementation through PPP model (2-years build, 10-years operation)
