• Offer network and telephony services to 34.000 buildings nationwide

• Offer wireless access to 55.000 government smartphones

• Secure access & SLA• Syzefxis network interexchange

& Data Center services• ISP and value added services• Telecom expenses savings for

the General Government estimated up to 50% annually

• High level and secure services for the public sector

After the success of Syzefxis I network in connecting 6.000 buildings and reducing their telecom spending by half.

• Establish Broadband Convergence between rural and urban areas

• Create the necessary infrastructure and the appropriate commercial interest

• Deployment of a powerful and future-proof network infrastructure that will gradually support at least the 95% of the targeted population

• Enforce digital growth and development in rural areas

• Implementation through PPP model (2-years build, 10-years operation)
