• We only register vegan products. No possible confusion with

products that still contain eggs, honey, dairy products or other

• We ban controversial substances such as parabens, phthalates, EDTA

or nanoparticles (CMR List).

traceability from field to plate.

PROCESS HOW DOES IT WORK?

VALIDITY PERIOD : 18 MONTHS

In order to ensure an optimal rate of control and renewal, the validity of the EVE certificate is

18 months renewable. Renewal allows needs to be reassessed and references updated.

EVE FILE

We accompany you in the recovery of documents such as technical data sheets of products,

ingredients used or certificates in order to validate compatibility with the criteria of the label.

QUALITY AUDIT

Companies are subject to a pre-labelling audit. Usually taking place over one day, it confirms

the company's eligibility in the case of a first application.

MONITORING AND CONTROL

Companies are subject to unannounced inspections and are required to keep their

declarations up to date.

• Finished product not tested in-vitro on animals carriers and their

• Commitment not to export to countries that require the finished product

to be tested on live animals before it is placed on the market.

• Date of prior art adopted : Law of . March 2013 on the prohibition of tests

FAQ FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Why would I have my products and services assessed with the EVE VEGAN label?

We offer a unique expertise service to assure companies that the vegan claim is valid and true. We

have detailed these many advantages on page 2.

Do you control companies or products?

The label only applies to products and services. Control procedures and field checks ensure the

reliability of labelled products in relation to the company's other non-compliant products. This strategy

allows faster development of vegan alternatives and the transformation of know-how in companies.

Where can I use the EVE VEGAN label once my application has been validated?

You can use the trademark on the packaging of labelled products, on social networks, on your website

and on other promotional materials. A graphic charter with the conditions of use of the label is

provided to each operator.

Am I free to register all my vegan compatible products?

It is possible for EVE to refuse to register products that are inappropriate to the claim. We reserve the

right to refuse any product that conflicts with our standards. Reasons shall be given for any refusal.

How can I obtain the EVE VEGAN label?

The easiest way to start the process is to formalize your request for a quote on our website or to

contact us.

How long does it take to record EVE VEGAN?

The procedure takes 3 to 8 weeks. This depends on the complexity of your products and the efficiency

of communication between EVE and the operator.

In the case of subcontracting, can a product manufactured on behalf of a customer be registered or

must the customer manage the request?

EVE agrees to make the labeling file with the manager mandated by the final customer. However, it is

the brand or legal entity responsible for the products that must sign the contracts and pay for the

services. The EVE VEGAN certificate will only be issued in the customer's name.
