Dear All

The most looked forward event in the AAP calendar, AAP Residential Seminar, for the 11th

consecutive year, has now been finalized. We are glad to share the following information to serve you better:

1. Friday 9th October 2015

The journey starts from AAP Headquarters- Elvitiala Flats. Those who join the journey from AAP Headquarters, please be there sharp @ 5.00 am as we intend to leave on time.

Pick- up points -Peliyagoda (Passing Kelaniya Bridge – Old Road Not the High way) –

Kiribathgoda- - YMBA Building

Kadawatha- @ 2nd Food City

Peradeniya – Peradeniya Rest House

(If you need to be picked up from any other location along Kandy Road passing Kadawata please let us know)

2. Breakfast packs will be served in the bus and for freshening up, will stop at Avanhala in Ambepussa for 30 minutes. Those who need Vegetarian packs, please notify on or before 23 rd

September to enable the organizers to prepare accordingly.

3. Lunch break from 1200 noon to 1300 hrs at Peradeniya Rest House.

EDUCATIONAL EXCURSIONS- As our normal practice, an educational tour has been arranged to visit several places in Nuwara Eliya. More details will be communicated to you in due course. Assemble at the hotel Lobby for the Excursion. Pl. bring your camera to capture your expressions!

4. Please collect your Room Key from the Team Leader, identify your luggage enabling hotel staff to deliver them to your room. Assemble at 2.00 p.m. for the Group Photograph.

5. 9th October @ 2.30 pm Inauguration.

6. DRESS CODE For travel and InaugurationLong Pants (black)/AAP T-Shirt

Social Session Theme - “AAP Royal Dynasty”Nuwara Eliya for its ambience is known as Little England So!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have selected the English Style Dress Code (Smart Casual/Maxie/Tight-Skirts/Shifts/with Hats)

8. If you like to have a dip in the cold weather – do not forget your swimming suit.

9. 11th October 2015

DEPARTURE –Araliya Hotel (1230 hrs. Please settle all your sundry bills and bring your luggage to the lobby for departure to Colombo).

10. Weather in Nuwara Eliya will be fairly cold. Be prepared with proper clothing
