Dear ExxonMobil employees, Welcome to the 18th ExxonMobil soccer tournament! It is again a great pleasure to see that this event attracts teams from many ExxonMobil sites in Europe. Beyond hosting many different nationalities, there is broad participation from many disciplines across our organization. It shows the company is bigger than the individual organizations we are working for. Within the Fuels & Lubes Company, we encourage our employees every day to “Compete to Win” in the market place. Here in Bavel, this will translate into “Compete to Win” on the soccer field, but it is good to realise it is the same mindset we look for every day! Dear Players, Welcome to the 2019 ExxonMobil Football Tournament! The Rotterdam ExxonMobil Refinery proudly hosts this event at the wonderful premises of Football Club Bavel on June 15th 2019. The slogan for the tournament for 18 years is still: Participating is more important than winning The 18th edition of this tournament will be organized by our team with a lot of enthusiasm! We really look forward to the day of this event where we will witness the matches played in good sportsmanship and a lot of pleasure of all the participants, supporters and family! Obviously, every team will try to perform at its best but participating in this tournament makes us all colleagues and friends of the winners at the end of the day. We will welcome everybody at 08:30 hrs on the sport complex. By arrival the team captain must report his team in the board director's room. When entering the hallway the boardroom is on the right-hand side. The reception committee will receive the registration money of 50 euro. After payment you get a bag with the necessary gifts and information.

The organization and V.V. Bavel (soccer club Bavel) cannot be held responsible for injuries, loss, damage or theft of personal belongings of participants and/or visitors.

Consumption's (drinks) are available with vouchers or cash money. Alcoholic beverages will be available after 13.00 hrs. It's not allowed to bring alcoholic drinks to the complex.

We will play for the ExxonMobil soccer tournament A League cup, and a B League cup and the Fair play cup. Every player gets a reminder off the tournament.

Some matches will be played on artificial grass. Metal studs are not permitted on artificial grass; even drinks and food are not permitted.

On arrival you will get coffee or with a small delicacy. Lunch will be from 12:15 until 13:30 hrs. the dinner buffet bar will open at 18:15 hrs. Supporters not mentioned on the registration forms can’t participate in dining from the buffet bar.

For the young ones there is a 'children-card' for snacks and drinks. For kids who signed up there will be a nice reminder of the day (available through team captain).

While enjoying refreshment the trophies will be distributed at approx. 18:00 hrs.

During the tournament day there will be enough skilled first aid people present. First aid post and physiotherapist will be set up inside at the tournament board.

Items lost or found can be retrieved or turned in at the board's director's room inside.

Team photos will be made in the afternoon.

Layout Fields

1. Participating teams will be divided into 5 pools A-E 2. In the pool existing of 4 teams and 5 teams, each team will play 3 or 4 matches. 3. One team has 7 persons, 6 field players and one goalkeeper. 4. Match time will be 15 minutes, no half time or change of sides. 5. The first mentioned team will always start playing from the central tournament board. 6. The matches will be held at different fields. 7. The first mentioned team will get the 'kick off'. 8. Soccer club Bavel's referees will guide the matches. 9. In-between matches there will be a 5-minute break for changing fields. 10. Switching team players during the match is allowed. 11. Matches will be announced by the tournament board by a horn (start and end of match time) 12. A match won will score 3 points, a draw (equal match scores) will score 1 point. 13. The total number of points scored will be the final pool score. In case of equal pool scores the sum

of goals will determine the winning team. In case of an equal sum of goals, then the most scored goals is determining. Is that also equal, penalties will be taken, only by the first and second team in that pool.

14. Penalties will be taken by different team players. Till there is a winner. 15. No 1 and 2 from the pool go to the A-League (10) 2 poles of 5 teams. 16. The rest of the teams go to the B-League (12 teams). 3 poles of 4 teams 17. During lunch time the tournament board makes the new pool teams for the afternoon matches. 18. In the new pools of 4 teams and 5 teams each team will play 3 or 4 matches. 19. See items 4 through 13. 20. The B-League will play for winning places 11 through 22 21. The A-League will play for winning places 1 through 10. 22. See items 12 through 13 23. 1st place winners of the A- League poles and 2nd place will play for ExxonMobil A-League change

Cup. 24. First place winners and the best 2nd place of the B-League pools will play for B-League Cup. 25. If a team member is expelled by a referee (Red card), that’s for him the end of the

tournament. There will be subtracted 3 points from the score in their pool for the red card and a yellow card means 1 point subtracted in their pool.

26. In case a referee is forced to stop a match due to misbehavior or foul play of a team, 3 points will be subtracted from their score. The score of the match at the moment of forced will be the final score for that match.

27. A red card in the finals is losing the match. 28. Arguing or protesting on a referee's decision is not possible. 29. Opponents have to maintain a 5 meter distance from the kicking player. 30. A ball 'out' from the sideline will be brought back in the game by foot. 31. Penalty shots will be taken from 9 meters distance. 32. Any sliding or physical contacts are not allowed. 33. Keeper can only bring the ball back in the game by kick from the ground or throw by hand. 34. If a team player, kick the ball back by foot to the goal keeper, it's not allowed to take it by hands. If

so then there will an indirect free kick. 35. Free kicks or ball out from sideline are always indirect. The tournament board will decide on any

case or situation not foreseen by these tournament rules.

Tournament rules

1. During prize distribution the cup for fairplay and SPORTIVITY will be presented to the team that

deserves this prize in view of the referees and the tournament board. 2. Immediately after a match the referee will 'grade' booth teams on sportive and fairplay and

adjudge a mark from one through ten (1 - 10). 3. The referee will report this mark on the 'result/score note' and turn it over to the tournament board. 4. The referee will award this mark to the whole team without taking warnings or an expelled player

into consideration. Example: team A has one player expelled from the match but has been a fair playing and sportive team during the full 15 minutes playing time. The referee is likely to adjudge the team with a 8 or 9 point grade without a problem.

5. The tournament board will keep score of each team fairplay scores. Scores are added up and then the tournament board will take notice of the yellow and red cards. For red card 3 points are deducted, for a yellow card 1 point. This way a team with a player that's "accidentally" wrong once or twice does not automatically loose this cup.

6. A total of 5 points can be deducted if a team misbehaves outside a match. The tournament board makes this call.

7. Only matches played in the pools count for the Fairplay cup. 8. Participating teams now know that their behaviour can be decisive for winning the fairplay cup. 8. Judged by the nature of this tournament, winning this cup can be considered, as an equal

achievement as winning the tournament cup. 9. There will be a recalculation for the teams who plays less matches.
