In the article “Five Deadly Interview Mistakes,” Carl Wellenstein states information about the five most common mistakes that the interview candidates make during the interview process. Wellenstein also gives some information about how to have a good and proper attitude during the interview. The first common mistake is the candidates think that the interview is all about himself, so most of them talk dominantly during the interview. Remember that the interviewer does not interesting about your experience or skill. So, try to manage yourself during the interview, with speak no more than 60% of the time A second commons mistake is the candidates fail to translate the skill and experience that you did in the previous company to the new company. Keep remember that the interviewer in new company does not know about the terms or words that your previous company use, so it is your job to describe and explain it to the new company. A third commons mistake is the interviewee does not prepare well. If you lack of time, you can, at least, do a research about the company itself and you should anticipate some question about yourself and the quality that you have to fit the new company.
